"Never again! This place is a joke. They never answer emails or phone calls. I orderd a Motorola H850 BlueTooth headset in January. It was shipped as requested. However, they shipped an H500, as a substitue?? they didn't CREDIT the difference. So I contacted them and they said I'd have to request an RMA... and take picitures of what I received and email them back. Another week went by and now RMA. Called several times, (no one will ever answer the phone) They said that because I've waited so long, they would ship the H850 the next day. Well, I waited 4 more days. No H850 - I called again. They said the wharehose was out of stock. As of today, Feb 7th - this order has not been rectified. They won't credit my credit card, they won't send an RMA. I don't know what this company does or how it can afford to stay in businsess. Read thier testimonials, and you'll see they are 3 years old! I'm taking my 72.00 loss and never ordering from them again... You shouldn't either."

"I placed an order for Thermaltake VB8000BNS case, black color (too heavy for shipping other than ground – this is important).
I received silver one. Upon receiving I contacted customer service in attempt to resolve this issue by exchanging the case to black one. I've been told that this should go through RMA process for exchange, which easily may take up to 14 business day to get new item to me (2-3 days to get RMA, 3-5 days for shipping wrong item back, 2-3 days for processing exchange order and 3-5 days for shipping new item). As I had a deadline for the project, I rejected the exchange and requested return for the full refund. Customer service told me use on-line form. The on-line form require to agree with 15% restocking fee, which I can’t consider as fair for current situation, as this was solely their mistake. So, I contacted customer service by phone and asked them to issue RMA number for return for full refund. They created RMA case (#44763) and promised that I will receive RMA number within 2-3 business days. After 7 business days I did not have the number. After few more phone calls I finally did talk to Page Computer representative again and been suggested to make a photo of wrong item to get my issue resolved. I told that nothing would prevent them from rejecting the return if my statement about item’s color is wrong and I don’t see why they can’t issue RMA number and look on the item upon receiving it. They refused to issue the RMA.

And everytime I called Page Computer I had to spend literally not less than 17 minutes on-hold before my call had been answered. Many calls just did no go through - line has been disconneted before I getting an answer.

"took Pagecomputers one week before product (instock) was shipped....tried to cancel shipment, but had to refuse it at the door. Found a slightly more expensive product elsewhere (Memory Ten), which came in 3 days...instead of 14....

would rather pay 10% more to get a product that is shipped in a timely fashion.

"Panasonic camera purchase nightmare!

These guys might as well be named Wawa digital... Recieved defective camera and have been told flat out over the phone that they don't take back cameras in exchange or refund.Of course it took 3 hours on the phone for them to find Greg the RMA guy so he could rudely state a fly by your pants return policy statement that is not supported anywhere on the website. This, after pointing out to him that they're refund policy doesn't mention cameras as nonrefundable. Go ahead and read they're return policy for yourself...Now i'm left to deal with panasonic.Why does Cnet continue to give these clowns a positive rating?

"I discovered Page Computers on 1/17/06 and that they had Toshiba Gigabeats at a lower price than anywhere else. I purchased one that day for my son's birthday on 1/23/06 not expecting to receive it in time. To my surprise it arrived on 1/23/06 in time to wrap it for the party that night. "Order was received 5 days after purchase in spite of the website never saying it was shipped! The day before it was delivered, I emailed about the order status and was told my item was in stock and that I would be emailed when it was shipped. Hello?! Just do the tracking right. Item was a refurb and it worked OK. Good for the $"

"Tyan Mainboard ordered on Jan 6,2006 (in stock), shipped from their (distributor?? their words) on 01/12/06 (why so quickly)?? Package delivered on 01/16/06 to another company 1 1/2 miles from my house. 01/17/06 informed them that my package is missing. They said their putting their shipping specialist on it. -- here's a copy of the emails between us.

our warehouse and put a tracer on the package.

"Very competitive price.
Quick Default shipping.

The tracking number system needs work. They don't provide it till after the product has shipped and often times you get the tracking number the same day the package arrrives.

It seems to me that defeats the purpose.

Other than that, I have no complaints.

"DO NO ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE HORRID. I PLACED AN ORDER ON 1/4/05 THAT I HAD TO HAVE BY 1/10/05. CALLED TO VARIFIY EVERYTHING WAS IN STOCK. THEY SAID IT WAS. ASKED WHEN MY ORDER WOULD SHIP, THEY SAID 24HRS. I PAID FOR UPS AIR SHIPING TO MAKE SURE I GOT MY ORDER ON TIME.

ON 1/9/05 I CALLED TO GET MY TRACKIG NUMBER AND THEY TOLD ME THAT MY ITEMS WERE DEFECIVE AND WOULD NO SHIP FOR SEVERAL WEEKS. THEY WOULDNT TELL ME HOW THEY KNEW THEY WERE DEFECTIVE. THE MORE QUESTIONS I ASKED THE STORY STARTED TO CHANGE.

I WILL NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.
