"I was stupid enough to order from these guys a 2nd time, shame on me! In 3 months time, these guys had 2 orders shipped from 2 states away take over 20 days to get to me. One of them never even arrived and the other one arrived after they had stated it was already lost. There is NO customer service. The 888 number you can call will NEVER connect you to a customer service rep and you will get emails returned to you weeks after you originate them. If something seems too good to be true it probably is....That goes for these guys and their prices. They are a bunch of liars and their site is so off on inventory it's not even funny. I will never order from this company again. I should have learned from the first mishap but the low price was too tough to ignore. Shame on me for actually giving them the benefit of the doubt and trying to save my company a few dollars. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PAGE COMPUTERS!!! Buyer beware!"
"I placed an order with this seller. I paid $30 for 2nd day air. The product took 1 whole week to arrive, and when it did it was defective. I have tried to contact them and no one replies to e-mail. No one answers the phone. No one returns messages. Never buy from them again"
"I purchased 32 sticks of DDR RAM, which PageComputers indicated that they had in stock. About one week later I was informed via email that the shipment "may be delayed" even thought the product was still marked as "in stock" on the PageComputers.com web site. When I called the company to confirm the stock status I was informed that shipment of all Kingston memory has been placed on hold for a further two to three weeks. Naturally I am miffed since this holds up an important project. I really can't trust a company that is so deceptive and gives customers the run around like this."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are not worth dealing with. I ordered 2 printers from this company. One of the printers came damaged. They will not take the return, or authorize a RMA number. When I call the manufacturer, they tell me to deal with the reseller on a return. The only thing a manufacturer can do is try and fix the broken printer.
Page Computers has horrible customer service. I am a reseller of products, and was not able to order this product from my distributor, Found Page Computers online and ordered the product. It has been nothing but a headache. It has cost me getting a solution in on time, and on budget...and I feel I have nowhere to turn.

Received an email from this company at 01/03 to inform me they had refund my moeny, however until today 01/10, this refund still does not show up at my credit card account. "The dvd player is defective upon arrival. The tech support was helpful (only after numerous tries of calling them and if you're lucky to have blessing from GOD that day, there's someone would answer your call) and arranged UPS to pickup the defective item for exchange within days.
UPS tracking record shows the returned defective item has been returned and sitting in Page warehouse for weeks and they still haven't processed my case. I sent them many emails and I never get any response. I talked to the live tech support and he just put me on hold for hour each time I called and never anwser my questions directly of the RMA status and when he's going to send me another dvd player. Funny thing is the tech support said "I cannot process your request without your personal request". Wait a minute!!! They had already issued the case number and RMA# for the return of the defective item. Page has had the returned defective item in its warehouse for weeks. After so many weeks of waiting, he just told me he can't process my request for exchanging for a working dvd player. They charged my credit card and never want to replace a defective item with a working one.
Save yourself some troubles, spend a few more bucks and shop somewhere else who really provides better customer service and conducts legit business. It's not worth it to try saving a few bucks and you'll end with troubles and disappointments.
As of 1/20/06, thing hasn't resolved yet.

"I tried to order an HDTV capture card/tuner. It had a decent, but not incredible price. I placed the order and was sent confirmation and my credit card was charged for the full amount almost immediately. I never received any way to track it until i called and insisted on a tracking number. They gave me a fake number and said it had been shipped that day. In fact the number never worked and when I contacted Customer Service they said it was out of stock and never shipped even though the first rep said she talked to someone in the "warehouse" who said it had gone out that day. So when they were out of stock I said cancel my order and charge the item back to my card so i can get credit. He said it would be about a week and a half before I got credit. I am still waiting and if it does not show up within 48 hourse I will dispute it with my card company."

"This is the worst store in the History of online commerce. I ordered a product through their online store. Here is what happened.
1. System was down due to "maintenance" lol at 6:00PM PST.
2. System charged card but did not confirm order.
3.Took two days for them to cancel this order then redo the order with my new credit card.
4.They double the order of two cameras so their was now 4 purchased.
5. I phoned too confirm and had to spend a ton of time to confirm just one order.
6. Spent an entire day of the weekend to await the UPD delivery.
7. The order was for two cameras but only one was there.
8. Phoned right away and was told that an investigation will begin immediately.
9. no one followed up with me for three days.
10. Two day later i phoned. No one had a clue.
11. Phoned the next day - 45 minutes on hold. "we are doing everything we can" They are not even in control of any of their own inventories - all third party, dropshippers, and god knows what other outsourced people they work with. They are comletely and totally unreliable.
12. Talked to customer service VP and was told to buy another one, pay extra for shipping to make sure it gets here before xmas and we will "try and sort out you missing camera later"
13. This is the oldest bait and switch scam known to man.

"I placed an order for memory that the web site indicated was in stock. Four days later I get an E-mail that claimed that they were cancelling my order becuase they were out of stock and didn't know when they would get the product. Four days later the product still is in stock on the web site."
"I bought a cd player for someone as a Christmas present. I went in online to find out why it had not been received. They were holding it as my billing address was different from the shipping although it was a present. Finally after much debate I told them to send it to my home address. I paid for two day delivery. Still not received. I tracked it through UPS and even though my address is correct in my account info online...they put the wrong address on the package and I still do not have it."

It all came down to their not communicating what was happening with my
order.
Unfortunately in this day an age when you have the Amazon's,
ZipZoomFly's, Newegg.com's, etc., of the world, who process orders
very quickly and clearly keep you informed along the way eg how many
packages are / will be shipped, tracking numbers, etc, any vendor
can't match this is in trouble.
First, the processing of the order took too long time compared to
other vendors I've ordered from. I placed my order at 7:30 AM local
time (in CA where Page Computers is) on Thu Dec 1. My order hadn't
shipped (and was stuck in "PROCESSING") according to their web site by
the following Monday. So I used their online chat, and found out from
the rep that in fact my order was going to ship on that day and
tracking number would be posted on Tue. Indeed tracking number
appearad on Tue.
Then, package arrived on Thu via UPS, but, only had one of the items I
had ordered -- the other was missing. I was upset (of course), tried
to chat (reps too busy), sent an email, posted feedback here, etc. I
checked order status and it still listed just the one tracking number
for UPS.
Then suddenly late Thu, surprisingly, FedEx delivered the second box
from Page, which completed my order.
I know it's common for vendors to ship more than one package, but, my
chat with a live rep implied there was one warehouse, one package, and
on Tue AM when I saw one tracking number, this is what I understood
(one package).
I checked order status after FedEx package arrived and it still said
only one tracking number. Amazingly, the next day (Friday =
yesterday), the tracking number for FedEx finally appeared on the
order status.
So I eventually got both packages, but, because Page failed to
communicate clearly that there were 2 packages shipped / 2 tracking
numbers / etc., I (of course) assumed the worst. Page Computers could
have prevented this entire problem by being way more transparent in
their communication (and processing orders faster would also be
good!).
