"This order was placed 11/10/05 and their website says it was shipped USPS 11/14/05. The order has not arrived! Furthermore, the tracking number given is not a valid tracking number. I have been unable to find an 800 number and get placed on hold for customer service. This is my first and last order with pagecomputers!!!"
"I contacted the online support agent the next day as status was listed as pending. Turns out the order was drop shipped and it takes awhile to get the tracking info online. They looked up the tracking number for me. The product was in my hands in a couple hours.
The online support agent was quick and responsive.

"ordered a seagate hard drive from them. 4 hours later got 3 calls from them to get my credit card info to go through. then "all set the item drive is on it's way". next day "oh, sorry, we don't have that item in stock, we'll refund your money next week". their web site STILL shows the item "in stock". it's the old "we'll just use your money for a few days to pay bills, then get ya back". filed fraud claim with my credit card company. "Page computer had very competitive prices for canon multifunction machines. they offer, at no charge, a 3-month extension to the manufacturer warranty, under certain conditions. you must retain the original manufacturer box and packaging, the item must have a purchase price of less than $1000, and if forget the other conditions. my canon mp730 multifunction printer/scanner/copier/fax failed, and I needed warranty service from page computer. it took them more than a month, and I had to email and call them multiple times, before they could figure out who exactly did their warranty service. then they waited another couple weeks, supposedly waiting on the manufacturer for a part. (it makes no sense that they would depend on a manufacturer for repair service, rather than any of the 100s of repair facilities in Los Angeles, where they are headquartered. but most of what they told me made no sense. one could conclude they were just trying to get out of their commitment to stand behind the product.) eventually they shipped a replacement printhead *to the wrong address*, despite confirming with me that they had my address correct, *and gave me an invalid UPS tracking number*, so I had to contact them, again, to get the correct tracking number. I called UPS to find out where exactly the part was delivered, and drove there, myself, to retrieve the package from the people who live there. I installed the new printhead. It prints color fine, but *black still does not print*. So there is dome other problem with my printer. This has been a most frustrating process and entirely without resolution. "
"I have ordered expensive laser printer parts from Page for a few years, always getting great prices and fast service. However, two weeks after my most recent Page purchase I had two unauthorized transactions post to my AMX account in the amounts of $8.99 and $15.99. (I pay Page with the same AMX account.) ESTOREONLINE is the merchant on the statement. In checking online forums, a common denominator is a recent purchase from Page Computers. AMX is aware of the complaint and immediately credited me for the two fraudulent charges."

"The indicated they had an item PageParNo#: 365211 and took funds out of my account, then sent me an email stating they could not honor the price or supply the product although the took the cash out of my account. Even though they did not have the item to sell they took my money immediately, they then stated it took 3-5 days to put it back holding the funds thus getting interest on my money. I feel this is more than deceptive it appears illegal and warn you not to do business with this company. To date I have not received my money back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"They offered a good price on their website, so of course I ordered. Then they get back to me the next day saying "the item is not available from our supplier". In other words they sold it to me at too good a price. So what do they do? Give me the shaft.
It also leads me to doubt that they are a stocking company, since even though they let me order, they would have had to get stock from their supplier to fulfill my order.
Very dissatisfied, and will not be ordering from again."
"I ordered 5 Sapphire Radeon x800 GTO2 256MB PCI-Express cards from Page Computer on 10/9/2005.The next day I get an order cancellation from Erica Underhill saying my CC could not be confirmed.So O.K. no cards,whatever.One week after this happened I received a package from ASI Computer and inside are 5 Sapphire Radeon X800 GTO,not GTO2 and NO Packing Invoice.I immediately called my CC company and they told me it was Page Computer that charged my card,I immediately disputed the charge.I can't believe they tried to bait and switch me like that.Thumbs down for Page Computer and ASI Computer(one in the same)"
"On Friday morning (EST) we needed a motherboard by Monday. Page Computer's website showed it was in stock. Just to be sure I called Page Computer's customer service to verify stock and confirm it would arrive on Monday. I was assured the item was in stock and should ship that afternoon to arrive Monday. Over 4 hours later we received an Email stating that the item was unavailable. This is totally unacceptable. I will never attempt to order an item from Page Computer again and I would suggest others do the same."
"My experience with Page Computers was just awful. I ordered a monitor on 10-05-05 because it was on this date my old one went out. I shopped all evening and found what I thought was a good monitor for a good price. I kept checking the order status and it showed it had been invoiced on 10-6-05 and did not say it had been shipped until 10-10-05 on 10-11-05 I recieved an email saying that they did not have this monitor at all and that they were sorry. After a whole week I can't belive it took them a week to tell me that they did not have it. I could have gotten one from any number of places in that time. I will never do business with these people again and suggest you do the same."
"I placed my first order ever with Page Computers on Oct 4, 05 and by Oct 11, 05 the web order page still shows "In process".
A telephone call to Page and I get a response of "In process, sir", no other explanation as to it's status. I received an initial email with the invoice total, no scheduled ship date and no further communication.
Perhaps I made a mistake when ordering, as I should have checked the web order box labeled: "Oh, and I need that shipped too."
Remember when I said "I placed my first order ever...", well....I forgot to tell you "and it's my last too".
Update: Oct 19, I finally receive items (website still has no tracking #'s or ship date), except they shipped out toner instead of the printer I ordered and paid for. Now they want me to return the toner at MY cost and then they will decide when and if I get my printer.
Sheesh, this is business at it's worst.
