"Order Treo 650 cell phone on the 25th paid extra 2nd day shipping. Called on the 28th and was told the item had not shipped. Talked to support and There solution was to cancel my order Wow... All the time I could here employees in the background laughing about the situation. Stay far away from this company. Selling item that are not in stock is bad business. They will rip you off..."

"This company just switched to PageComputers.com

Terrible experience with their notify system to let you know when products are in stock. Waited at least a week or so for the product. Dont trust the email when you receive it, I ordered within a very short time and they accepted the order, but, actually out of stock!

Product shown instock, accepted order and locked funds. 1 day later they cancelled and informed product actually out of stock. Seems to be taking awhile for them to unlock/refund my credit card for the almost $800 order. Avoid sellers like this!

"Beware of pagecomputer! I bought at pair of shure earphones from them and it had a crack on it. I informed them right away about it and promised to give me an RMA number so I can return it. I have been calling them everyday since then and no RMA was issued. I guess they don't want to replace a defective product as promised. Good Price---YES. Fast Shipping---YES! BUT if you are one of the not so lucky ones who got a defective product....goodeluck! I'll never buy anything from them."

"This place is a joke. Save yourself the aggravation and purchase from a reputable company instead. This is the first negative review I have ever written.

I Ordered a ChenMing MATX-118 M.ATX computer case on 5/27/05 because it was cheaper here. Seven days later it has still not shipped. I spoke to a rep by phone yesterday and they told me it was being processed would be shipped that same day. I asked to upgrade the shipping in order to recive it faster and that I would be willing to pay the extra charge. They told me no because it was being processed! They promised to send me an email confirming that it did get shipped yesterday. A day later I have not received this confirmation email and my order status has not changed.

"I tried saving money by buying a grey market Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT body from dealers who are poorly rated on this site, especially Amazon.com market place. After dealing with a couple of frauds I gave up and placed my order with Page Computer. I was treated with courtesy, got a great price, and the camera was delivered from California to Florida in two days. They upgraded the shipping without telling me or charging me. I was particularly happy that no attempt was made to bate and switch, or to sell me overpriced options I did not want. This is the way business should be done.

P.S. The camera arrived within 48 hours, and everything was as advertised. This was a perfect transaction.

"Ordered a product from this store and 2 full business days later it hasn't shipped.

Apparently they don't update their order status page because I called them and found out that they had shipped the item. I had to call to get an order status and a tracking number. In my opinion, this is a hassle especially when you have an order status feature on your website. Maybe I'm just spoiled by Newegg.com. I order stuff from them all the time with ground shipping and receive it within 5 days. I order from Page Computer with 3 day shipping and get it in 6.

"Yes, I know, I should have checked ResellerRatings BEFORE ordering.

I placed an order on 4/24/2005. First tip that this was a shaky outfit was that their email was being rejected by my mailserver because their mail server was misconfigured and didn't know it's own name, nor have a reverse record (a config commonly exhibited by spammers). So I added a pass rule to let their lame mta deliver mail. Then nothing for two days.

Waited until the 26th and decided to purchase the product elsewhere. Sent an email to the order cancellation address provided at their website. Website reported order status of "RECEIVED" but not shipped. I subsequently checked with my credit card company to verify the order had not been processed. I then called Page Computers to confirm the cancellation. Nobody answered at either "Customer Service", nor "Sales" options. I called a total of 4 times on the 26th with the same result.

Then on the 27th I received email from customer service informing me that it was too late to cancel the order, as it had been processed and shipped prior to receiveing my cancellation email. The email advised me to refuse the shipment (curious how I'm supposed to do that since they used UPS Mail) and my account would be credited 15 days after they received the product. Further advised me that the cost of the product will be refunded, less shipping charges.

This is nonsense. No wonder these guys have such poor rating and had to change their name.

"I purchased from Page before, and had no problems, but this time things went sideways. The online chat person assured me they had 23 Canon 350D's in stock and delivery by ground would take 5-7 business days, so I ordered.

I received confirmation after a day, then observed that no tracking number was being posted, so I began email inquiries. After two days I was informed that the camera was not available afterall, that my card had been charged, but that it would be credited back after a further three working days. Needless to say this ended my trust for this company and explained why their rating here has dropped.

From now on I only deal with companies with toll-free numbers and I call that number to experience customer service in advance. I'm sorry Page is going downhill, but lying about stock to get an order, & charging the customer before the item is shipped, much less in stock is not acceptable in my book. Dishonesty and shady business practices like this must be stopped.

"I ordered a 45" Sharp AQUOS LCD TV from Page Computers on 4/9. I have to admit that I had reservations about ordering from them judging from the ratings on this forum. I received that TV on 4/15 with no problems whatsoever. I'll admit that their online order status isn't much of an order status. In fact, it's still showing that my order was received by Page Computers, but that doesn't matter to me. I called yesterday to check the status and talked to a friendly guy who gave me my shipping information. I saved $3000 over any other vendor's price online AND only had to pay $79 for shipping...other vendors wanted $259 for shipping. I had a great experience. I can live without online order status and stellar customer service at the savings I received."
