"Great retailer untill something goes wrong! In my case, lesson learned the hard way. On 1/30/05 i placed and order for $750 LCD monitor. Monitor arrived by UPS, Great retailer until something goes wrong! In my case, lesson learned the hard way. On 1/30/05 i placed and order for $750 LCD monitor. Monitor arrived by UPS, signature required. Hooked up the monitor, turned it on, and found many dead pixels. Did not delay, next morning requested RMA. It suppose to take 24-48hrs. to get one from the returns dept. according to Page Computer's return policy, well it too 5 days and 5 phone calls. Another 2 days for issuing a call tag, i finally shipped it back to them on 2/22/05. Wait! that's not it! It took them two weeks from here to process this return and ship a replacement. Now listen to this one, thy shipped the $800 package by USPS without any signature required upon delivery. I guess Mr.Murphy was sitting in my pocket, i never found the package at the front door as USPS claims they left it. Now Page Computer wants to be stripped of any responsibility for a lost shipment and suggested i contact the local USPS office to file a claim.
Be very careful when ordering from this store. Should something go wrong....you are in a deep deep trouble.
My story still continues as i contacted my credit card to refuse the charge. Next time I will spend extra $50 for a better customer service retailer.

"I was given false information from a sales representative that influenced my decision to cancel from another vendor in favor of placing an order with Page Computer. I ended up paying a slightly higher price for an item that was not in stock even though they said they had 50+ available. The order ended up shipping at the same time as it would have from the original vendor. Also, they never responsed to e-mail inquiry on the status of the order. I had to call to find out that they were backordered. One positive aspect, the girl I talked to hunted down the information for me and called me back when I got disconnected."

"I was shipped a broken open box laptop. Before ordering, the sales man had confirmed that the laptop was closed box and manufactory sealed. Yet, the laptop was shipped open box. Half of the keys on the keyboard did not work and operating software malfunctioned. I was charged 10% fee for returning their broken laptop. I have lost 200 dollars. It took them two month to refund me money. I do not suggest anyone to deal with the company. "

"Prices seemed very competitive, so I took the plunge. I ordered 2 items, a motherboard and a switch, both of which were advertised as in stock on their website... I later received an email stating that both items were out of stock and that my order had been cancelled. Sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction and never received a response. Do not trust their online stock indicator!"

"I was surprised when the item (Harmony universal Internet remote) arrived, expecting it days later. After trying to order the same item from Buy.com... and suffering three weeks of fruitless e-mails and phone calls to customer service inquiring as to its status... only have my order inexplicably canceled, my experience here was very welcome. They packaged the item properly, priced it the most affordably, and it's given me no problems thus far. My order didn't involve any exchanges with customer service, so I can't speak to that, but mine was a flawless transaction."

"I am now on day 18 of my RMA adventure with no real signs of it ending. Page has had the returned product in their possession for over 10 days and they have done precisely nothing with it. I call and ask when they will send me my replacement product and I'm given a date, the date comes and goes so I call again, I'm given another date which also comes and goes. At this point the correct solution would be for me to simply cancel my order with them and order the same part from Newegg.com (they didn't have it in stock when I made the original purchase). Lesson learned, check ResellerRatings.com before making the purchase not after. "

"We bought an ASUS ATX MBD NFORCE2 (motherboard) from Page Computers. The motherboard did not work correctly (no video output, no keyboard or mouse input, no booting). We decided to return the MBD for a refund rather than replace it. Page Computer did not honor the return policy listed on their site. We were told that the motherboard had to be returned to ASUS (the manufacturer). When contacted, ASUS replied that they did not process refunds - I must go to the purchasing company. Again, Page replied that they would only accept new, unopened merchandise and would not accept the broken motherboard and would not refund my money. So I am in a terrible loop here - stuck with a broken motherboard that neither Page Computers nor ASUS will take back for a refund. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with my dealings with both companies."

"I needed three items by the next day. I placed the order at 6:30 am Page Computer time and selected overnight shipping (cost of $60). The items were listed as "in stock". The order did not ship out until the day after I ordered it which made the overnight shipping useless. If you need something quick, do not order it from Page Computers."
