"Great seller; They had just about ALL the small modding accessories I wanted, like wire sleeving, etc. and at great prices. I was concerned that since my billing and shipping addresses differed, that there would be a delay in shipping, and I mentioned that in the comments section on my order, and a sales rep emailed me back to assure me that my credit card company had accepted the shipping address, so I don't have to worry about that any more with future orders. Also, many of the items I purchased came with sleeving, but one of their standard sleeving colors (UV blue) was not available for all those items for some reason... However I mentioned that in the comments on my order and they said they would do everything with that sleeving, no problem.

"First orders tend to be uncertain things especially via the web these days with the various scams, rip-offs and other unsavory types. Performance PCs most definitely does not fall into any of these groups, but rather is not only straight up but also very pleasant to deal with. The catalog information is good and representative of the products and is well laid out, plus the product selection is decent. (Although ... ummm .. please, please, please get some more of the cheapie removed-from-power-supplies fans. They're toys just itching to get played with.)

I have made 4 purchases from Performance-PCs in the last month alone after I saw the quality of their work and service from my first purchase. The service only gets better, the quality is already perfect. The personalized service is unheard of nowadays. Hank called me personally on my first order to let me no that one of the items was out of stock and whether to ship the remaining items or wait for that item. I decided to ship all but the backorder, and true to his word the items arrived promptly and packaged very clean and professional, as this Company no doubt is. I have received packages from other companies before that looked like the box was picked up off the street and the packaging material full of debris and dirt... Oh! And the backordered Lian Li case came in exactly when Hank said it would a few days later.

I would highly recommend their sleeving service. The quality is incredible and the price is no more than I have seen other companies charge for the item alone. It's a Win-Win deal with Performance-PCs!
