"I unfortunately had to click yes to write my review and have it posted because this company will only allow positive reviews to be seen. I would not recommend this company. I ordered a pool liner that was the wrong size for my pool and we had just opened the box to look at the liner and make sure everyone was okay with it. When I realized it was the wrong size I emailed for a return but I was very rudely and bluntly told they will not allow me to return the product because of an opened box. I understand they have a policy but the product is completely fine and it’s ridiculous that it cannot be refunded in any way shape or form. They told me they cannot resell it, which goes to show this company is worried more about money than customers. They clearly do not value their customers as I asked for a higher support manager and they completely refused for me to speak to anymore else. When I told them I did not want to support their business and would be returning the new liner I had purchased they finally had someone else email me but once I responded they just ignored my email. Horrible customer service, I do NOT recommend this company if you wish to have good customer service, go elsewhere. "

"I spent over $500 with them providing no discount. A couple days later they come out with a “super Canada day sale”. I called and asked if I could be included in the sale since I recently (within a few days) purchased the products that are now currently included in this sale. I was told I would have to refuse the delivery and have to pay the $15 return fee and setup the order again instead of just providing me with the discount.

All over terrible customer service. Will be going back with Costco pool supplies. "

The manufacturer over night expressed a part and the problem was fixed. Now That Is Customer Service. The unit is manufactured with high quality materials and very easy to install. "These guys are terrific when it comes to choice, pricing and delivery, where they fail is in respect to after sales customer service support. In 2017, we purchased and installed on our salt water pool, a Toile Soleil "Clear Premium Solar" 14 mil pool cover, their supposed top of the line, with a pro rated 6 year warranty. However after a season and a half this "high priced premium pool cover" has developed at least 20 tears and is disintigrating worst than any other pool cover that we have ever had. Between my wife and I we have over 30 years of experience in maintaining a pool, so we know how to care for a solar cover. We have a FeherGuard blanket handler, and take care to roll and unroll the cover. This solar cover like our previous ones have been stored indoors over the winter, after being washed and dried before storage. Our saltwater pool is monitored daily so salt levels are always maintained within the Hayward monitor norms. Our previous solar cover was the typical 8 mil blue type, and that one lasted 4 four seasons on our pool. Clearly there is a product defect in the Toile Soleil product, and we are caught in the middle between the manufacturer Toile Soleil and PoolSupplies Canada, each telling us it is the responsibility of the other to rectify our warrenty issues. In simple terms we are the ping pong ball. My recommendation, DO NOT BUY THE PREMIUM TOILE SOLEIL CLEAR pool cover it is not worth the money if it lasts for a season or two. "
