"I've ordered gift cards from Raise about a dozen times beginning in December 2013. Until recently, I've never had a problem with any cards received. Electronic codes are generally immediately available (I've purchased cards while in line at Home Depot and used them then and there). The iOS app is really helpful, as well, not just for buying but for functioning as a wallet.
I made 2 recent purchases of Starbucks gift cards, about 1 week apart, both with a value of $26.00 (red flag?) and at discounts almost 10% above the norm (another red flag missed). When I tried to use one, it had been drained. "Really? Ok, well, here is another gift card." Drained as well. I informed Raise the next day. After 2 or 3 days I got a response, and within a week of informing them, the refunds were processed. They handled the process in a way that one hope's for should this type of fraud occur, and I sincerely appreciate that."

"For secondary gift cards marketplace the most important asset is the trust of the buyers. Nobody would take chance at 10% saving on gift card if they lost full amount doing that before. In my experience over several years, any time there was an issue, raise was able to resolve it to my satisfaction. "
"Bought a HD gift card of $100 balance for $88, thought it was a good deal. But only spent $13 on the same day of the purchase, the next day, the rest of the balance was gone, became $0 balance. Called raise.com, was able to get cash refund of $75 back. But it is too much of a hassle, will not buy gift card from them again. Anyway, I did not mean to criticize raise.com, since they 100 day warranty sounds good enough to cover the purchase, but nobody want to spent so much trouble ending up saving nothing. "

"They claim that they will refund if balance is lost within 100 days of purchase. If you do buy a USED gift cards from them, use the entire balance within 30 days. If you keep it any longer, your balance will become 0 or cards will go inactive. If you call the retailer for balance check, they may tell you these cards are not identified by their system. Bottom line, keep your hard earned money safe, spend little more on your purchases but avoid this company forever!"
"I've had the best experiences with Raise! They have a great selection of cards and you can save A LOT of money, I saved over $100 when I purchased a new computer I needed for school. Raise is also great in terms of how quick they are to deliver their gift cards, especially ecodes (I've received them within minutes before). Not only do you save money but their customer service is one of the best. The only time I've ever had an issue with a gift card I purchased everyone I talked to was quick to respond, super helpful and got the issue resolved. I highly recommend them to ANYONE!"

"I purchased giftcards for about $150 from raise. Due to some policy change at their end, i could not use any of their giftcards. When i contacted them for refunds, they said i have used up all my giftcard balance and hence all that they owe me is $28. Surprised, i called up the actual seller of giftcard(WholeFoods) and they confirmed that i have not used my giftcard balance and all the balance is in tact. I have no idea how to get my money back. They have now stopped responding to my emails. If you call them up or chat with them, they simply ask to send email.
I made this particular order purchase on Nov 11th 2015 and hence any purchases before that is not mine.
