"I had a hiccup with one card I purchased and wasn't sure what I could do about it. I called and spoke with a representative who looked into it right away and solved the problem in a matter of minutes. He was great and I walked away 5 minutes later happy. "

Raise sells stolen and fraudulent gift cards

"Purchased a gift card for $500, spent $450 of it. When I went to the redeem the balance, I was notified by the Gift Card Company that the gift card was stolen/fraudulently purchased. Had to fight with raise representatives to get a refund because it was outside of their 100 day guarantee. After a 30 minute initial call with customer service, they escalated it for approval to refund, telling me they would get back to me within 3-5 days. 3-5 days later no response, had to follow up with them again. Another 30 minutes on the phone they finally approved the refund, telling me they did as a courtesy. What courtesy? Sell a stolen gift card and then attempt to stick the end user with the bill? What a sham, buyer beware!"

Fastest and most dependable gift card reseller

"I have purchased gift cards from several online resellers and Raise is my first choice every time. I have purchased many gift cards from them over several years and just recently ran into one instance I could not use the card I bought. Because of their 100 day guarantee, I was fully covered and they refunded my transaction on the next business day. In another case, I forgot to apply a promo code and received a credit towards a future purchase. I highly recommend Raise if you are looking for ways to save more on everyday purchases."

Top notch customer service!

"I had an issue with a gift card I had bought from raise. After trying multiple times (unsuccessfully) to resolve the issue with the retailer, I broke down and called raise whole heatedly not expecting then to be willing to do anything. But the very polite lady I was connected with (Sophie) was able to work with me and resolve the issue! I will definitely do business with them again."

Prompt Service

"I had purchased 3 $50 McDonald's gift cards and was shown soon after that they were all shipped. However, They were being supplied from three different sources unbeknownst to me. I received one but not the other two gift cards. I informed Raise Support of my issue and received very quick responses. With their continued help, I received one of the two missing gift cards and received a credit to my credit card for the missing card. At no time did Raise Support ignore me or fail to follow through until it was all resolved to my satisfaction."

The worst discount gift cards website ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"I had to always watch the balance of the gift cards. Cause they give me less balance all the time. I bought burger king gift cards from raise 3 times. They were all short balance. The first time I bought $100.00. It was short, but I did not pay attention to it. then later on I bought 2 $50.00 cards they were also short on the balance. F this website. Waste my money, also my time to call them begging for a refund.

Be careful dealing with Raise

"I have bought thousands of dollars worth of gift cards from this company, only to have terrible customer service of unethical treatment. Last year, Raise put in some additional security measures which caused a great deal of problems as they were sending the code to a different email that my account was under. No one, including four supervisors could fix this problem and I was unable to access my accounts to get the cards I had paid for. Then, a Z gallerie card for $507 was closed (I had confirmed that it was fine when I bought it) and Raise did not respond to my email requests for refund for over two weeks. With the deadline approaching where they would not refund the monies, I disputed the credit card charge. They then closed my accounts and told Chase they would not give me the money back, in violation of their contract with me. I have reported them to the FTC and now buy from other companies. They are not at all concerned I have purchased over $3000 of cards from other companies."

Great service and customer support!

"I imagine that many people felt apprehensive about using a gift card reseller service for whether it is an honest and legitimate service. In my first few experiences with Raise, I've been very impressed. They called me after my first order to verify my identity (I imagine to avoid fraud). Since then, every gift card has been delivered instantly, although they put a disclaimer on their app/website that it may take up to 1 hour to deliver. I had a question about one of their gift card's fine print, and the automated system gave me the option of getting a call back instead of waiting on hold, for which I opted. They called back in 5 minutes and the CSR was very pleasant. I enjoy the fact that I am saving up to 20% (so far) on some brands! I highly recommend using Raise to get discounted gift cards. And the app is so easy to use! It would be nice if they added a feature to hide cards that you have used up so you don't have to sort through them and check balances to find the ones that need to be used still."
