"After quite some time without resolution on a gift card, Eliot came to the rescue and fixed it all up in one quick 5 minute swoop! I have to say that I've only ever had one issue with a gift card, and every time I call Raise I get the option to have them call me back instead of just 'holding' in line. I love that feature and think every business should adopt it. They always call me back within the same hour and I don't have to just breathe on the phone. The customer service reps are all very friendly, and though this issue took a couple calls to get satisfied, overall I have saved TONS of money with Raise and will keep on using and trusting it!"
"I purchased a $150 Taco Bell card for only $105. I was so excited to save 30%, because now my $8 meal is only $5.60. I transferred my card balance to Taco Bell's phone app, but when I went to buy my food, the card didn't appear on my phone app any longer.
This was no fault of RAISE, and Taco Bell said that I needed to reload the card to the app. Unfortunately, I had destroyed the card after putting it on the app originally. Taco Bell said that they couldn't help me unless I had the card number and the PIN.
My Raise receipt had the card number, but since I didn't have the PIN, I was out $105. NO, NOT SO. Lovely, the member representative at Raise was able to verify my identity with numerous questions, and then able to give me the PIN from the card.
I went back to my Taco Bell app, entered the information, and now have my full $150 balance.
Thank you Lovely for being such a help. Kudos to you and Raise, and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

All my cards show up usually instantly, except for one of my resent purchase there was a delay. However, I spoke to Angelina on the phone and she was very kind to help me out and release my purchase, so I could do the purchase with the Gift Card."

"I purchased four $50.00 gift cards from Raise.com. Luckily, I checked the balance myself after receiving the email confirmation. Two cards were fine and had full value while the two others each had zero balances. I called Raise.com and the agent handled the situation and credited me back the amount for the two zero balance cards.
Though raise.com was helpful I'm certainly leery of using them again.
I ended up using the GC with the full balance right after this issue (even though they have a 100 day guarantee) because I didn't want to wait any longer- in the event -that someone tried to use the cards. "

I contacted customer service and they responded me after 2 weeks that my money was refunded, check my bank account and the credit is not there. I sent another email and as i expected, no respond. "I've had several transactions with Raise. Usually they are smooth, but the very few times that anything is out of sorts, they fix it immediately and go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied with how they do. The customer support I've received here is really one of a kind in excellence, and I'm glad that they treat the customer with respect. You can't put a price tag on that, and I hope that your experiences are as good as mine have been.
I have experience with their competitors who are also very good and have done well too, but so far the best for me has been Raise and if given the choice, I'd go to Raise for both buying and selling cards in the future.
