I got one gift card 3 weeks ago had $0 balance so they told me they are processing the refund but within weeks no refund so I filed the dispute through my credit card few days later they suspended my account because I filed the dispute.. Here is how they handle the 100 days guarantee

"Raise is the only re-sale gift card site that does the right thing. Customer service is so much better w them & they do everything to protect us.
I have some fraud cases open w other cards I bought at a different company. I could cry because I am out thousands of dollars. Raise goes thru several steps w their sellers that other companies don't do. Some companies let them just give them the gift card # to sell & they create an electronic card.
Well, the sellers have those cards & use them later after the warranty period is over. I am not letting this go, this is Fraud & these sellers can't get away w it. Also people are buying cards w a stolen credit card & when the company catches it the close the card. Well w other companies the card is in a new buyers hand & we are out the $. Well, w Raise they take steps to avoid that. I have cards I have bought from Raise months ago & I still have balances on them. I can't say the same about the other companies. Please read reviews. They will save u!

"I had an issue with a Raise gift card. There was a big mixup in terms of how the gift card was actually supposed to get to me. (ie. physical, voucher, etc) Iman was the customer service rep that helped me and she was extremely patient and diligent in helping me sort out the problem -- which according to her, was the first time she'd ever encountered that specific problem. She tracked down the seller and they still had the hard copy card, so the seller mailed it to me and everything worked out.

"I thought I purchased gift cards to sharper image, only to go to the sharper image website and find out these are "cash back certificates," which have a number of brand restrictions, including Bose and Bang & Olufsen. NOWHERE on the Raise website did it tell me these were "cash back certificates" with hidden terms. I never agreed to buy "cash back certificates," which customers get as an incentive from the store--what I agreed to purchase on Raise was full-freight gift cards.
I called and chatted online and received apologies for the situation, but they refused to do anything, because they were "valid gift cards." These are not even gift cards--much less valid ones.
They also refused to let me even speak to a supervisor! This was my experience as a first-time customer, and has been a maddening and frustrating one.
I'm in the process of working with my credit card company to resolve this. Avoid like the plague!"
"I really think all these one star reviews are being written by competitors. I've been using Raise for about 2 years saving hundreds if not thousands of dollars without issue until this week when I had a remaining balance of $80 disappear from a Bed Bath and Beyond gift card. I e-mailed BBB and inquired, they responded that the last $80 was spent in store in Florida. I live in Washington. I called Raise and was able to reach a representative in less than 5 minutes. She took down the details and instantly refunded the amount back onto my credit card. If you buy multiple cards like me, it's very important to keep tack of your purchases and balances in case this happens. "

"During the past year, I have ordered from 7 different web sites selling used gift cards. It's a great way to save money but it's not for people with short tempers. Problems arise much more frequently than when you are shopping online for other products, but I have found Raise to be responsive and honest. Out of 11 orders, I had problems twice. Both times, it took a few days but Raise issued full refunds, and they were very courteous at all times. I can understand that some people have little patience, so they may be quick to post complaints. As far as I'm concerned, that's great because it leaves more bargains for me to snag."
