She’s always a tremendous help, I’m always in the know if there’s a new sale or an upcoming sale happening due to her. Even on weekends when she makes herself available to satisfy my need. For example I had an issue with an order that was placed I was refunded my money but somehow my points didn’t go back. I brought this issue to Leslie and she corrected it immediately. I appreciate the prompt service. There are several Rebag locations; when I’m in Manhattan I like to visit the location at the World Trade Center it’s an absolutely beautiful site to see. "I love shopping with Rebag. Leslie, one of the amazing representatives with the company always goes above and beyond to satisfy me and make me a happy customer. Although there are several sites, I particularly like shopping at the World Trade Center location when I’m in Manhattan. I also liked how the company implicated only letting in a certain amount of people in the store at once therefore things will not get out of hand, and acknowledging the COVID-19 restrictions also.

"Oscar at the Beverly Hills location gives truly exceptional service to buyers and sellers! I have sold/consigned my items with two other retailers in the past, but my experience at Rebag was markedly better. I’ve come by a couple times to sell purses. Oscar carefully takes pictures of my items and walks me through the process of selling. I got quotes and payments quickly! If you opt for credit for a trade over cash payment, they give you additional money to spend (20% I think?) Oscar helped me find a LV duffle that I’ve been looking for (LV no longer sells damier Keepall 45 B is the US!) and I bought my first ever pre-owned bag! "
