"I am so full of gratitude right now. I had just made a big purchase on a Chanel WOC and I come to find out if I had waited until the next day, I could have saved money by using the Rebag current promo code. I felt so gutted. I reached out by email and no reply. Steff, a Rebag sales associate, had texted me to congratulate me on my new purchase and he was very happy for me. He helped me initially by sending me links to check out a very specific style. I told him about my dilemma which he said that customer service would be able to make a price adjustment. I was so thrilled!! I called the call center and was told the exact opposite which truly deflated me. "Rebag, let talk. Can I just say I feel like a modern day Carrie Bradshaw, who uses her resources and love for designer goods to buy, shop, and sell? But I’d make Carrie & her friends jealous, using a social, point building, fast shipping, speedy pay, trending app? I literally feel bad for Carrie now. Watching her hunt and dig for a specific pair of shoes… is stressful to just my very being. Maybe it’s because I’m a fashion enthusiast at heart who lives in a small town and I can’t shop like a New York City Queen. But even if I did, I just don’t have that kind of time anymore.
I’m obsessed with this app in every good way. I buy and resell on the app in an expedited manner. Literally, you can get a quote to sell your bag, get your shipping label, ship your item and admire your transaction being completed, all from the app in a weeks time! Who does that? ReBag.
And can we pause and talk about the service? I don’t know about you but Lisa Malitz has been with me since day 1! Lisa is a Business Development Director for Rebag and makes me feel like VIP. She kindly checks in on my bags, quotes and answers my texts day or night (not kidding) about any questions I have. I’ve literally texted her at night.
And if you needed another reason to stop, pause and appreciate this team and their services, I did mentioned their point reward system right? Points allows you to shop based on your transactions: any buy, sell or trade dollar is validated into points. Your points accumulate into Rebag dollars to treat yourself. I’m saving my points for a DE pochette if you must know.

More and more these days, quality customer support has been replaced with cost effective offshore call centers and support teams who not only barely speak the language, but rarely have a clear understanding of the product or service in which they were hired to support!
However, that being said,, I was caught quite by surprise earlier today when I first began a chat-session with Ms "Brooke" while trying to navigate through rhe unique market segment in which Rebagg has positioned itself so dirmly.
Ms. , along with several other very kind and courteous young ladies, we're not only highly skilled, professional, and possessed an exceptional knowledge in the field, but moreover, each of them showed an uncommon grace, kindness, and most importantly patience with an old soldier just trying to "figure it all out".
I will most certainly recommend Rebagg to any of my wife's friends, or more importantly, any husbands who are in need of Rebag's "flavor" of expertise, experience, and standalone customer support.
