"At your Dadeland location, Shaun was AMAZING!!!! It's in all caps to express the satisfaction of the store and his services. With the typical actions of a male with last minute shopping for the wife, I was first attracted to the store by its overall appearance, lighting and displays of merchandise. Upon entry I was greeted but by a wonderful individual that had as much energy as the store. He introduced himself and asked specifically if I was looking for any particular item. With champagne taste and Coca-Cola pockets we were able to brainstorm to find the perfect gift for wife. Outside of the wonderful selection and the diversity of the store, Shaun was more than patient. We spent over an hour brainstorming on how to get the perfect gift. Never once did he rush me or even try to convince me to spend outside my budget. His knowledge of the company and the products that you all sell was very beneficial to my Christmas holidays. I am grateful to have encountered a person like Shaun who really cares about his customers as well as represents the company very well. As a supervisor for a local police department I really understand the importance of good customer service. This was demonstrated my entire experience at Rebag. "In the interest of full disclosure, I purchased a purse for my wife through Rebag's online site. Just randomly picked this store because Rebag doesn't have a review section on their web site. My wife and I are in our early 70's, worked our entire lives, and denied a lot of simple pleasures to ourselves while raising a family. Now as empty nesters and determined not to leave it all to our kids, we have been indulging in the things we denied ourselves when part of the working class. My wife is a fan of Coach purses, which she carries when we are in our home area, and Tumi when we travel overseas. She has had a black Coach sachel for 7 or 8 years. It needed repair, so it was sent in to Coach's repair center. Due to likely supply chain issues, COVID, and short staff, it took over 2 months for the repair to be completed. Valentine's day is coming up soon, and I thought she should have a back-up bag in case something else happens to her main purse.
Checking on the internet, a number of sites evaluating luxury item resellers listed "Rebag" #1, so I figured for putting up with me for 37 years, my wife deserved to have a Prada purse as her back-up bag. Also wanted to get a blue/navy blue purse. Rebag had a number of "Convertible Bowler Saffiano" medium sized bags in the $700-800 price range. The best of those had light wear and photos clearly showed all the wear markings. The listing also looked like the Rebag people made an extensive evaluation of the purse in determining its condition and price.
The purse was shipped via UPS and received today. The inside of the purse had plastic wrap inside to maintain its shape. Let's just say the purse looked better in person than it did in its pictures. Having reviewed a number of sources to determine authenticity in the Prada line, the purse received from Rebag met all the markers for authenticity. My wife was beside herself when she opened the box.
So, unlike other reviewers on this particular site, my transaction with Rebag went without a hitch, the item was as they described, and in fact, was better than they described. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. Thanks much, Rebag."
"I recently submitted information for three belts that I wanted to send in to Rebag. I found another belt I loved on their website, so opted for the direct trade-in, since Rebag was going to give me a higher offer in the form of credit, and there is additional sales tax savings for an immediate trade. I was even able to apply a promo code to the new purchase, which was unexpected. It ended up with a net expense of $5... for an Hermes belt that arrived in like-new condition! I was nervous that once I mailed my three belts to Rebag, they would evaluate the items in person and significantly reduce the original offers, but they stuck with the original assessment. I would definitely use them again for selling and purchasing."
