Great experience with Hermes bag

"I purchased a Birkin 30 from the app, and the general experience was great. The digital manager Kristen from Soho store has been extremely helpful, always replies in a timely manner and provides very much assistance. The credit card verification process was somewhat frustrating though since the e-commerce team could not verify my card even I provided the required documents, but it finally went through with PayPal. The bag condition is as exactly as description and I love it. Shipping is really fast and packaging is great. I also love the chat system of the app, which connect really fast to a live agent. It’s my first experience with Rebag and I’m very satisfied."

Another satisfied experience

"Had some issues making a purchase because I was using a credit and there were issues getting the verification code to apply the credit (which is a nice level of security that Rebag has in their system). Did a chat with Lorey who was extremely helpful and waited with me until finally the codes started coming through my email. Had to wait for 6 emails to come through and the 6th time was the charm. Lorey was online with me waiting as each one came in and checking the system. On Black Friday when I am sure they were very busy, she did not leave my side until my purchase had been completed. I can't thank her enough for sticking through it with me. Now, can't wait to get my bag. This will be the second one that I have ordered from Rebag. "

From the worst to the best!

"I had a horrible experience with Rebag customer over the phone and via email. Until Gaby reached out to me just to check-in on my order and she was able to help so much. I placed an order via Rebag-Vestiaire and they canceled by order for no reason. I followed up to understand why they canceled my order. I ended losing the hard find item and no one cared about it but only gave me excuses and dishonest responses via email and phone. Gaby was very sweet to apologize on the behalf of her team. Something that others didn't bother in doing! I wish everyone at Rebag can learn from her. She is very understanding of the customers need and challenges, genuine, and very kind. Only if other people can have the same skills she has, this world would be a better place. "

Elated

"After having to return a defective medium classic Chanel bag to the TRR, I was so disappointed. Fortunately, they refunded my money without incident. I contacted Rebag and explained my situation. A rep named Michael told me they would help me. About 10 days later, I received a text offering me the bag of my dreams! I immediately went to the store at Columbus Circle where Joe and Pam (sales people) knew about my situation. They showed me the gorgeous jumbo Chanel bag that had recently come into their store. I was elated!! That was exactly what I wanted!!! This is my second purchase with Rebag and I have not been disappointed. This company seems to be concerned about their customers and not just making a sale. Most importantly, they have integrity!

I waited, saved, and prayed a long time for a vintage jumbo Chanel bag. It was through the grace of God and Rebag’s employees that made my dream a reality! Thank you Jerry (The first phenomenal Rebag employee for his support), Pam, Joe, and Michael for a job well done!! Thank you Rebag for being patient and going beyond the call of duty. Of course, God is always awesome! He does answer prayers, even for high end purses. Lol
