Love the Service

"Selling is easy. Peng has been helping me with my transactions and I do like the whole experience. Easy communication, good VIP price, free shipping with insurance, quick payment, etc.

I sold to other platforms in the past, but I don't really get any personalized contact and if I have any questions, i will have to wait for days for someone to reply my email. I would recommend Rebag.

"Laura from the NYC Madison Store made my entire experience so pleasurable. While I brought a friend into the store, I found another tote I liked better so….I upgraded. Laura went out of her way to ensure I understood the trade-in value, authentication process and time windows for pick-up. "I’ve been a Rebag customer for a number of years & extremely happy that this is my go to on preloved handbags. The customer service has been awesome if I have any questions calling into their office or even texting Vache late in the evening or early morning, he is always there to give me an answer. All my handbags have been in the condition they describe which always concerns me when I don’t buy in person but I haven’t been let down & have made many purchases … Thank you Vache ( Santa Anita store) your awesome!!"

Sharmane was excellent!!

"I’ve only been using we bag for a short period of time but they are so thorough. All of their customer service especially sharmane has been excellent, attentive and really answered all my questions thoroughly. I’ve traded bags and gotten a new bag and I’m waiting on another. So far so good!

"Dropping my first trade items at UPS tomorrow (10/13/21). So now just to wait for Authenticity of my trade items and receiving my trade item. A little nervous sending 3 items for trade, but, so far, so good. Everything has gone like clockwork so far-trade, shopping, shipping label and customer service. Hopefully this is the beginning of a long term association and future transactions "

Exceptional Customer Service

"I have written an email, a review of Rebag as a general company and now I writing another review because that is how impressed I am with the customer experience at Rebag. I had not used Rebag in the past or heard of it, I think I found it on an ad, but I cannot remember. The part that really drew me in was the ability to trade in my used bag and get credit for a new one. It was the best idea because selling my Gucci bag seemed a daunting task to me. They gave me a great deal and sent me my new Gucci bag quickly after receiving my old Gucci bag and ensuring it was in "great" shape as I claimed. I received my new Gucci bag in about 5 days and was thrilled. The one thing I noticed and was a little disappointed about was that there were a few little pearls missing from the Bee's wings on my new bag. The bag I received was in used "great" condition, but things like missing hardware accents are not easy to replace. I emailed customer service that evening and by the next morning I received an email back from Cari, stating she was sorry and had brought the matter to the management team. Within hours of receiving that email I was credited money back to my account. I will always use Rebag as I have never had a better experience. Thank you!"

Flawless customer service!

"Just sold a Mulberry Bayswater bag on Rebag and had an amazing experience. From filling out the initial offer online to dropping off the bag in store, the entire Rebag experience was so much more seamless and easy than I would have expected. Made me wish I had sold bags via Rebag years ago lol... The store manage was also extremely attentive and very easy to work with. I can't recommend Rebag enough - I also considered other platforms for selling my bag but none gave as high of an offer and had many more steps involved."
