"This was my first time purchasing a vintage luxury bag so I was a bit nervous. I wanted to make sure what I received wasn't fake & that even if it was real it was in good condition. The purse I received was better than expected! Rebag classified it as "great" but I felt it could be "excellent" condition and it was clearly not a fake. My only feedback for the company would be to post more pictures on the listing; I really struggled to understand the quality of the item and took a chance in purchasing. There was nothing wrong with it and more pictures would have helped me commit faster."

"My Chanel bag came in 2 days, just in time for my vacation! I would def order from them again...the only drawback was that you couldnt zoom in on the product to see some of the details (wear and tear) on the bag. There was a little more tarnish and a few more scratches that I couldnt see until I saw it in person. Still... it was in good condition and I kept it! Also good to know that they will take it back within 2 days if it doesnt meet your expectations. Would purchase from Rebag again!"

Before receiving the delivery which was quick with UPS.. but .. I received a bill for 25 % of the purchase to pay taxes .. these are used bags with already tax payed ... so sorry to have this experience .. "
