A great product that really helps.

"I bought my first pair in November/December. Within 3 weeks, they began to fray and come apart. I need to stitch and trim them from time to time. The most work out they get is taking them on and off for washing hands! I tried to chat about this but kept getting cut off, etc. and didn't try again. I am 76 and feel they should last longer. Mine are now unsightly! I think they are a wonderful product and feel great. But the durability isn't what it should be. Maybe if the edges were slipstitched with elastic thread. I paid $32 for each. When I went to reorder they were $42 each. I did NOT order. Today, the price was lower so I ordered pair #2. The ordering process is easy."

Like products, but most discount codes don't work

"I looked at ads from multiple email promotions, and when ordering tried each one (about 5 of them.) Each time would get pop-up: "Invalid code! Please try another code." Finally asked Customer Care through the chat box, & was given a code that gave me a slight discount. If codes are only good for specific products, or are time-limited, an obvious clarification should be given where the code is given. Trying to use a discount code greatly lengthened the time it took to place my order, to the point it wasn't worth using a code. Finding the products desired and placing the order otherwise was quite efficient and easy. I am glad I can find TFY trigger finger splints with your company; hard to find otherwise, & the main reason i ordered through your company, and not through Amazon."
