"I messed up a boot on one of my plug wires, looked up the 3 box stores almost fell out of my chair at the price they are asking for these wires.I was desperate & needed asap engine miss firing on #1, Thought box stores would be a quick fix.Not only did they want a small fortune none had in stock,at those prices I can afford to wait.Looked up my go to parts store (RockAuto.com) not only did they have a range of wires they had a close out on a particular premium set marked down from 42.00 to 14.00 of course freight & sales tax to factor in.Ordered & Spent a total of about 25.00 shipped on Wednesday the 6th be here on13th (from Texas). My Heart sank long time to go with 4cyls firing 80% of the time looked again Monday the11th(ok not bad). Purchased DENSO TPMS from AutoPartsKart.com - same good price as ROCKAUTO but they actually WORK! The sensors from AutoPartsKart.com have a hard plastic back cover, but the ones from ROCKAUTO do not. Wondering if ROCKAUTO has "knock off" sensors. WILL never buy an electronic part ever again from ROCKAUTO -- WHAT A HEADACHE!"

"We bought a timing belt and component kit. My husband installed the parts on his work car. 70 days later the timing belt and one tensioner failed. The belt broke and killed the engine! Bent valves and all! Now my husbands a auto repair tech with a associate degree so parts were installed correctly he has owned his work car for 12 years. This car has had timing belt replaced every 55,000 miles. Along with regular maintenance. Now he has to drive my car to work. Im disabled and need my car but will have to do without it. RockAuto was made aware of the damage the parts they sold us caused to our car. But they say we are out of luck! They dont cover the parts they sell. So we are out a car not to mention the cost of parts and repairs. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ROCKAUTO.COM THEY SELL JUNK PARTS AND COST US A CAR!!!"
