"I recently ordered OEM wipers for my 2015 GMC Serrira 2500hd. Easy...right? Wrong, they sent me wipers that didn’t fit! Then I had to send them photos and provide them an explanation why their advertised OEM wipers didn’t fit my truck! After several emails I finally requested a refund, to which they were happy to do if I paid for the return shipping...sorry that’s BS, I selected what I needed and they want me to pay for their screwup! I’ll find someone to give the wiper to as a gift but I will never use these guys again."
"Save you money and frustrations. FEDEX lost the my package, and RockAuto hid behind the shipper rather than stand behind their business model. FEDEX admitted the package was lost but Rock useless Auto failed to resolve the issue. SO save your time, money and frustrations and shop with Auto Parts Warehouse or Auto Anything."
"Let’s see where do I begin …are the prices good yes I’d say so however they get you with shipping fees and use shipping companies that are not reliable at all. I purchased a car hood, headlights and a front bumper from them. Purchased on Sept 22 and received on Oct 1. The shipping company dropped the packages off infront of my house and forged a signature. Rock autos policy is to unwrap and inspect parts before signing or your liable for your products. Real head scratcher when the items are boxed in multiple boxes and the items are huge let alone dropped infront of your house. On oct 9 I was off and managed to have some free time to install the parts I ordered. To my dismay I found the front hood to be damaged. Appeared as if the shipping company walked all over it. Here’s the displeasure, absolutely no one to talk to! Everything is automated or through email. The representative who responded to me could careless about my situation regardless of me explaining how I never signed for the package and how it was forged and dropped off. How I’m just a do it your selfer who doesn’t own a shop where I have time to inspect the items immediately. Right now I have yet to get a reply from them in regards to why the shipping company forged a signature or any type of reasonable explanation. I’m in the middle of filing a dispute with my credit card company. Check the site for yourself no phone number! It’s terrible!! My advice/suggestion. I purchased my remaining parts needed to repair my vehicle from eBay and Amazon both sites which cater to you the buyer. Both site offer the same prices if not better then Rock auto with a return policy and better customer service. I do not recommend Rock Auto at all!!!"
"Two windsheild wipers. Both will not fit as the Delco AC mfg said it would. The arm won't even begin to fit the wiper. They want me to pay to ship it back. One wiper they will refund minus shipping. The other wiper they will just send another one just like the one that won't fit with more shipping. They F*** you with the shipping. They won't talk on the phone or respond except by email. Lousy customer service. Rock Auto really is making money off of people by screwing them on shipping. Nice. I hope they sleep good at night. Both wipers were 8 dollars each with 11 shipping. Be sure you really want the part you need because Rock Auto will F*** you if you want to send it back. They definitely do not have customer service down. I had to just throw the parts away or it would cost me even more money. I am sure FEDEX loves Rock Auto.
You would think that at this day and internet age they would have it down for customer service. I am sure that during the year a good hefty percentage of the parts they sell never make it on a vehicle. Karma is a B****."

"I won't buy a thing from rock auto again! I have done business off and on through the years. I ordered parts recently from you . My lower control arm was not in a manufacturer's box. Figure no big deal . It was in bubble wrap. Here is the problem it was wrong side. We sent it back in same box it came in and the bubble wrap. Was told we are not able to get the money for our return . Reason not manufactured box! No it was not. It was sent back the same way we recieved it! Saving a few bucks is not worth being stuck with a part that is not needed. Not to mention poor customer service!"
"Ordered front and rear brake rotors for my vehicle ( 4 parts total). Doubled checked while ordering that every part I selected was going to fit. A box showed up a little later in the week with only two of the four parts I needed. Had to go through their stupid/hard to navigate returns/problems page in order to get the other two of the parts I ordered.
Another box showed up a week later with the other two parts I needed ( I was like Yey). So a few days pass to when I was going to install the parts, and surprise surprise the parts do not fit ( My vehicle uses a five lug bolt pattern and this part is for a four lug).
UUGGHH
So back to the stupid returns/problems page and after awhile of head scratching trying to get all of my returns in order I find out that shure they refund my money, but they are going to CHARGE ME the shipping to do it.
O and I have tried to talk to someone in customer service (ha good luck) but to no avail.
I had have no problems in the past with this company, but after this I will NO LONGER be doing business with and WILL NOT recommend to anyone to use their service.

"I ordered a trunk lid shock for a BMW Z4 convertible. According to their site, the part they sent was the correct replacement. Unfortunately it was twice as long as the original part.
They said that since their records indicate that the replacement part is correct, I would have to pay for return shipping. I contacted the CC company to dispute the charge.

They shipped the incorrect replacement part and even that arrived in a completely destroyed box. It gets WORST
After putting in my vehicle information, a bunch of parts are shown that will fit my vehicle. NOPE !!! after they arrived only some fit. I even asked for their customer service people to double check my order to avoid problems. Thier lazy **** answer, if the part shows up in the part list it will fit. NO IT DID NOT FIT.
Now I want to return the parts that don’t fit and ROCKAUTOPARTS dot CON says “Sure just pay the ridiculous shipping prices again.”
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
I will go to my local auto parts place and get the parts there, never had a problem with bringing back parts that were wrong."
