We methodically eliminated each potential cause until we narrowed it down to a bad USB power cable... Bad cable was replaced without hesitation..."

"It was very easy to find the product I wanted."
"It is a kit for a complex robot and it REALLY needs good drawings and instructions, not just a short video of an expert putting it together. It took me a couple of hours looking at photos online to figure out where everything went. Mechanically the quality is fairly good but within a few minutes of running the 5V regulator failed putting 12V on the 5V bus and doing a lot of damage to the electrical parts. Now I am doing a lot of troubleshooting and repairing with very little documentation."

The only thing that disappointed me was that an article that was supposed to be shipped from a German warehouse (with a price supplement) was also sent from the China warehouse.
