"I had an issue with my grill not functioning and took at least a dozen emails to trouble shoot the issue. During this time, Keegan was amazing at getting in touch with the grill manufacturer and relating my issues and coming back to me with their solutions. I would often let a week or more go by before I tried the suggested fixes. But Keegan would send me an email to make sure I had received his previous email and if I had tried what had been suggested. He could have easily been content with my non response, but seems genuinely interested in me being able to use the product I purchased. The communication via email was incredible. I'm a busy doctor and am more than willing to take the time to write this raving review. Keegan deserves a raise! I hope your bosses are listening. Thanks!"

"I ordered a EWUR730SP Endless Summer Patio Heater and it came in with a damaged base. I called and explained it to the customer service rep and within a few days they called and told me they would be sending out a replacement. I received the replacement which was fine and I received a follow up e-mail from the customer service rep making sure I received the replacement and that it was in good condition. just want to say that I was pleased with the service and the follow up from the customer service rep, it made doing business with them easy with no worry as they took care of the damaged product with no hassles. "

"I have used them several times (for big purchases) and almost always outstanding service (and I mean really outstanding) They even dont send form emails confirming your order in several cases. I did have a blip with one person (who wasnt rude but just didnt go the extra mile) due to something being on backorder; however, I waited to the next day (to discuss with the spouse whether I should cancel the order). The next day when I called back, I got the amazing customer service (i always had before) and the Representative (heather is amazing) was actually able to figure a work-around and avoid the backorder. this is really one of the best internet business I have deal with. "

"Terrible! Order arrived and was missing the Pilot Control valve. I immediately sent an e-mail because the shipping not said it was part of the shipment. 12 hours - no reply. I called them - Told me they would look into it and call me back. 12-hours, no reply. Sent another e-mail. No reply after 4-hours so called again, they said a person is working on it and should get back to me in 2 days at the latest. A day later, I sent another e-mail asking for status, again no reply. NOTE: I never got a REPLY to ANY email that I sent. Finally, three days after the order arrived, I got a random email stating that the item ships from another warehouse and they provided me the tracking number.

Each person I talked to had a noticeable 'bad attitude'... as if I was bothering them.

Next problem. The item is not good. The pilot flame for fireplace is NOISY. It sounds like a small blow-torch. My wife just looked at each other when I lit it. I called them and they said: sorry, nothing we can do about it, you can't return it. They gave me the number of the manufacturer of the pilot valve. Again, bad attitude on the phone. I'm SO used to sellers saying something like: "I'm sorry to hear that sir, here's some options..."

Stay away from this online seller or be ready to accept whatever shows-up at your door.
