"I have nothing but praise for the ShoppersChoice.com storefront BBQGuys. I was in the market for an entire outdoor kitchen, and I am one known for my due diligence. I arrived at the BBQGuys site based on their low prices. I stayed because of their variety of quality products, their accessibility during my research, and their warranty process. I had many questions, and the online chat feature came in handy. Regarding their warranty process, I can go back to BBQGuys with any warranty problem. They aren't shuffling me off to the manufacturer. This gave me confidence that my purchase would be supported by them should something go wrong.
The products arrived within a few days of my order placement. The cost to ship 1 36" grill, 2 x side burners, 1 fridge, plus accessories should have been very costly. Instead, shipping was free, and very quick. Wow!
Another point was their product support. My builder had questions during installation. I called the 1-800 support number, and it went straight to a knowledgeable support professional. No hold, no transfer. In fact, he sent photos of how to resolve the matter to be sure I understood. Double wow!
Final point, due to the nature of construction, I stored many of the boxes in my garage until my builder could install them. After two months, I finally opened all the boxes, took inventory, and was unable to locate an item. I responded to customer service, and without contention, a replacement arrived at my house the next day.
