"Situation: Whynter Ice Maker was ordered from your company. Was received some 30 days after it was paid for because it was on backorder. Once the item was received, it failed to operate as described. I called the technicians at Whynter and they told me that the unit was most likely defective. I called Wynter back to find out how to replace the unit and was given a list of further things to do to check out the unit. This experience was a lot like I was treated like a three-year old. To the rescue came your resolution specialist Delva who solved the problem, analyzed the situation, and fixed it! She took a bad experience and turned it around with a great outcome. She is devoted to customer satisfaction and is a go-getter on resolving problems. Her career should be monitored closely so that you may capitalize on her outstanding customer relation traits. "Great ordering experience. I had questions after I added items to my cart. I called in and gave my order# to their rep, Erin. She was able to look it up- without my having to read her everything in my cart. Erin was great- she addressed my concerns and made ordering a breeze.
