"The prices were competitive with even discount sites and the shipping charges were free or minimal. The customer service is exceptional. One feels that the representative, aside from being extremely knowledgable, is personally interested in you as a satisfied customer.

Everything is explained thoroughly to you and the site I shopped from, BBQguys.com has many video resources and helps one to choose wisely.

"tremendous customer support by Delva and the shoppers choice team! When two items arrived slightly damaged from the shipper, they immediately sent perfect replacement parts overnight in time for my Lion outdoor kitchen-grill to be installed for a big outdoor party. It is obvious that customer satisfaction is the number one priority when it comes to Lion products.

"I ordered a Blaze grill. Several days later, with the grill already on its way, I discovered I could not get natural gas without a lot of expense. Michael on the "chat" line helped me get the items I needed to change from NG to LP. There were a couple glitches in the changeover and Rochelle in Customer Service stuck with me throughout, making calls to the manufacturer when necessary to help me get a usable grill. She always answered my emails and phone calls, a real important rule in Customer Service. When there was a delay, she apologized profusely. A real Southern GEM, it is because of her I would not hesitate to purchase again from a ShoppersChoice company. This is my second experience with their family of websites, the first being 5 years ago for gas fireplace logs. I have found the company to be very cooperative, responsive and shipments very quick. I shop a lot on line and this is one of the best I have encountered."

"had warranty issues several years after purchase. One leg of 2 of the barstools mysteriously broke. Customer service after investigating the claim issued 2 new pedestals to repair. Delva was attentive and very helpful making it happen. Great experience and very professional"

"I contacted Shoppers Choice about replacing three parts of my AOG gas grill. Two of the parts were covered by the manufacturer's warranty. One of the two parts was immediately replaced by the manufacturer. The manufacturer initially was not willing to replace the second part based on the warranty. With the help of Keegan, the Shoppers Choice representative, I was able to convince the manufacturer to replace the second part. Keegan was very helpful and made the process very easy and the parts were quickly replaced."

"I placed an order and was promised a ship out time of 5-7 days. While waiting for a shipping confirmation I received multiple emails stating that they were unable to obtain any shipping information from the warehouse. After 3 weeks I finally received my order without any shipping notice from ShoppersChoice. Finally, the day after I received my item I was sent an email from ShoppersChoice containing my tracking information.

It turns out my item did ship right on the 7 business day mark but it was shipped UPS it took 2 additional weeks to arrive.

3 weeks of wondering if my item shipped or not is unacceptable.

After all of this occurred I send ShoppersChoice an email and expressed my disappointment. My email was promptly answered by Heather with the Online Sales Team and she was very understanding and concerned about the issues regarding my order. The lost shipping information was a vendor error and Heather told me it was "totally unacceptable". ShoppersChoice is currently in contact with their vendor relations director to address my issue with the vendor and prevent any further occurrence.

Although my order did not go smoothly I must admit that the communication and customer service of ShoppersChoice surprised me. Any other company would have disregarded this issue and moved on to the next customer but ShoppersChoice went out of there way to resolve and prevent any issues, even after my order was completed.

"I can't tell you how impressed I am with their outstanding customer service! VERY responsive and VERY flexible. I'm stationed overseas and had to work with a freight forwarder to get my grill sent, long story short, Keegan and his team at ShoppersChoice.com were simply amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and all of my technical and accessory questions were answered. "I had a very good experience with sales and customer service staff going out of their way to meet my needs. I needed a product delivered quickly. I ordered on the internet, but there was no opportunity to express my 'rush' needs. I contacted a customer service person by phone (Jeremy) who worked with me to ascertain whether the delivery could be made within my deadline. He took the time to research it and made sure it happened. A follow-up email from the internet did not recognize my needs. I responded to customer service and Dynechia immediately assured me that the delivery could be made to satisfy my deadline. It is unusual to have such rapid and thorough responses today from customer service personnel--especially when using the internet. My hat is off to both of these members who took the extra step to make the sale possible and me a happy customer.
