Assembly was straight forward, but the instructions and drawings were a little vague. I have never cooked with a rotissserie and there were no instructions or tips for using the grill. I think they should include a grill 101 instruction book. I called their toll free number and spoke with Rochelle. She was happy to provide me the information I needed to operate the rotisserie correctly. They were quite willing to answer my questions. I have cooked on the grill three times now and it preforms very well. The heat is even across the grill. I would buy it again."

"I am a first-time customer of ShoppersChoice.com. They were extremely gracious to my request to cancel an existing order in order to replace with purchase of a larger size table -- replacing 40-inch diameter with 52-inch diameter cast aluminum patio table. The only problem was that the 40-inch was already loaded onto a third-party trucking service and on its way to California -- too late to request a turn back, or in other words, to cancel a shipment-en-route. This meant that if I wanted a refund on the original table, I would have to bear the cost of the return shipping, and, for a cast aluminum table, shipping cost would have eaten up 50% of the refund (purchase) amount. So, I was stuck between a hard place and rock. However, instead of saying 'that's the company policy', they took the time to consider and called me back.

Both the customer support representative (Erin) and the resolutions supervisor (Delva) were friendly (not didactic), bent-over-backwards sensitive about my desire for a larger size patio table, and extremely fair in handling my situation.

The supervisor offered me a generous discount (repayment) off of the price of the original table so that in her words, "both the company (ShoppersChoice.com) and I would be happy" or better off than the decision to go through with a return. Her offer of a discount for keeping the table, her attitude, and the company's flexibility, made my day! I will soon have two tables, one heavily discounted, so overall, I am very pleased with my purchases and equally important, with the personal consideration and service provided by ShoppersChoice.com. This company is a keeper and I shall be returning to its websites for household items, because I know from this experience, that it keeps my interest (not just the company's) in mind."
