"I ordered a barbecue grill for my new barbecue island.The cost was over $3000. My customer rep was Chris Harvey. He has to be the best customer rep I ever dealt with. He was quite genuine in helping me. The price I got for the grill was better then anywhere else I checked. The grill came on time without even a dent on the outside box. When I ordered the grill I asked Chris if the grill came with a cover. He stated he wasn't absolutely sure but if it didn't he would be happy to send one. He said he will make a note about this in the computer? The grill did not come with a cover.A month and a half later I sent an email about the the cover. I received an email back from Chris the same day. He apologized that the grill didn't come with a cover and stated he will get one in the mail. Just a few days later the cover arrived. What great customer service. I will use ShopperChoice again and again!"

After trying to resolve a problem with the warranty company (I paid for extended), the MFG and then Amazon, I was ready to give up as no one cared to help. "I was hesitant to buy a $1500 Blaze grill online, sight unseen. The grill shipped when they said it would and arrived when they said it would in immaculate condition via R&R with a very user friendly driver. The grill is beautifully designed and solidly built using first rate materials - for example, the grilling grates are constructed of welded stainless steel rods of heavier gauge than some big name grills costing thousands more! - and it cooks at least as well.
