"The rep (Chris Harvey) was great to work with. I had questions early on in my order which he was able to answer, then I put things on hold. Chris called a few weeks later, and I told him things were on hold for the moment, but I would call back. I finally pulled the trigger and called back (left VM after hours), he called the next day, adjusted my order to match all the lowest prices and I was done in about five minutes. One of the easiest purchases I've made in a while."
