"Recently I ordered Gas Fire Logs from Shoppers choice through Amazon.com. I found out later that I needed a special gas burner other than the gas line in my fireplace. I called several places to purchase the burner including the manufacturer without success.
Finally I called Shoppers Choice and spoke with Tracy. She was very helpful. She listened attentively to my story. Was able to locate the burner that I needed and we successfully completed my gas fireplace system. At least three more emails were sent, and the new item arrived in flawless condition. Rarely, if ever, have I experienced such attention to the replacement of a broken item in a shipment. "ShoppersChoice is a BBQguys.com site. I was doing some research on a grill I had found in a local retailer. I found the site very helpful in doing comparisons for many options. More than I had expected. When it came time to purchase BBQguys was having a sale on the grill I was looking at. It was an unbelievable deal. So good I had to call. The staff who answered were more than helpful. When they did not know the answer to some of the questions they called the manufacturer. I was very detailed in the questions I had asked and I got everyone of them answered. They even had to call me back. Which they did. I would highly recommend them. I don't do reviews like this, but in this case I felt I needed to share the good feedback to help others know the service and support you can receive from them."
