He went above and beyond to ensure that I would get a product that met a need I had, not just get a refund for something I was not pleased with. He did a lot of work... making calls, doing research, returning calls as promised, making recommendations based on photos and measurements I sent to him. That is rare and he is to be commended.

They simply have the friendliest and most knowledgeable customer service representatives I have dealt with. They recommended a new line of BBQ grill, the lion series, which has been a fantastic grill that is comparable to many more expensive grills. I also purchased several of their Kingston brand outdoor kitchen items such as a large sink, drawers, built in trash can, ect. When i called regarding the sink which arrived slightly damaged and noted one of the sliders on the drawers was missing a bearing, they apologized profusely and sent replacement items which arrived within two days. I have had no problems in the 8 months since and can only rave about the high quality items they sell. This is a company which stands by they product they sale and i would highly recommend them."
