"New DCS grill had a problem with its thermal coupler, logged a call with shoppers and they dispatched a local service provider. The local service provider was completely unresponsive, Shoppers went the extra mile and found me a replacement and stuck with it until it was done. Customer service was outstanding, I will definitely shop here again."

"I normally don't leave reviews but in this case I feel I must. I purchased a Lynx grill that was basically a scratch and dent sale.I was a little hesitant at first not being able to see it in person, but after a couple of conversations with Steve Harvy I was sold. The only person I delt with in this transaction was Steve but if he is a sample of this companies employees than this company will be around for a long time. Steve was very knowledgeable and helpfull. This transaction was one of the best I ever had , from Steve right through the shipping to my door. "

"My original order was never received and it is not clear to me what happened to the shipment. This was the first time I have ordered an item online and it was not delivered. Customer service representative Rochelle was extremely helpful and communicative throughout this process. She was very quick to respond, thorough in her responses and always polite and professional. Despite the lost goods and consequently delayed delivery, I was very pleased with the service I received."

"I placed my order yesterday with Shopper's Choice for a Peterson Real Fyre log set (http://www.shopperschoice.com/item_name_Peterson-Real-Fyre-20-Inch-Split-Oak-Designer-Plus-Log-Set-With-Vented-G45_item_621758.html) and was hoping that it'd arrive in time for us to install and use it on Christmas. Imagine my utter shock and awe when the set was delivered to me less than 24 hours after placing my order!

I had checked with other online retailers, and was told delivery would take 5-7 business days, which meant no Christmas morning fire for us. Shopper's Choice said that they could get it to me before Christmas, so I took a chance and placed my order. Jeremy, the rep who took my order was very polite, knowledgeable about the product, and said that he'd do all that he could to make sure that my order went out that day. I took that to mean that we might get our order by Friday, but never dreamed that we'd receive it the very next day!

I called Shopper's Choice back today, to let them know that I had already received my order and to thank Jeremy for taking such good care of me. I also spoke to his supervisor, Heather,to let her know what an awesome job Jeremy did. She asked that I leave a review here, which I am gladly doing as I think people need to know just how great this company is.

I will DEFINITELY be doing business with them in the future, not only for their great customer service and free (and fast!) shipping, but also because they have great prices too boot. We saved over $100 ordering our gas logs online through Shopper's Choice as opposed to locally, and our savings were increased by the fact that we didn't have to pay any sales tax because they're out of state.

"This company has stellar customer service. When a grill we ordered arrived cracked from the manufacturer, ShoppersChoice replaced it immediately (they covered the cost themselves). Any and all troubleshooting was handled promptly and with comprehensive communication via phone and email. I would recommend using this company because I am confident if anything were to go wrong, they would stand by the product whether or not it was their doing."

"I placed a large order for a complete outdoor kitchen, TV etc. From the beginning I needed help planning my space and ShoppersChoice.com helped me graciously and free of charge. They offered much guidance and suggestions. They helped customize my order to my needs, helped me with all warranty, delivery and special instructions. Their follow-up was tremendous, my emails or calls were usually answered within hours instead of days. It was always kind and courteous and I dealt with several representatives on many different occasions and everyone knew my order number and could answer my specific question as if they were the only one working my order. It was fantastic. I had two issues, one item was delivered damaged, that was handled "hassle free" and immediately for me. I just had a warranty issue this week, they first worked with me and the dealer to troubleshoot the problem to no avial. Once it was discovered a part was needed, it was ordered and sent on its way. Keeping me informed, genuinely caring and sincerely wanting to "make it right". I am thoroughly impressed with this company and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in getting great customer service along with their order, in my case and outdoor kitchen. "I contacted ShoppersChoice.com for a replacement cord for a stainless steel grill that I had purchased on line over a year ago. The grill was one of the first on line purchases I had made sight unseen from a company I was not familiar. Shoppers Choice was highly recommended to me by a friend but I was still hesitant and crossed my fingers. I am delighted to write to share my experiences. The actual purchase was flawless and the grill exceeded my expectations.

When I contacted customer service for a replacement cord, I made a phone call that was followed up with an email that set my expectations and a final email with the shipping information. Keegan the Shoppers Choice Resolution Specialist remained in contact with me by email to insure that I received the cord and that the cord resolved my issues. We are once again enjoying our grill. I highly recommend, top stars to Shoppers Choice!

"ShoppersChoice asked me to write a review, so here it is.

I bought this grill from them.

I love the grill. It's been great for everything I've tried, especially the rotisserie.

Now here is my experience with ShoppersChoice. When I got the grill, I fired it up to high and left it on for 30 minutes. You can do that with a Weber, because they do not produce nearly the heat that the Blaze grill produces. But with the Blaze, it caused some minor warping of the flame tamer grates. Mind you, if there had been any food inside the grill it would have been incinerated by the heat. I contacted ShoppersChoice and they sent me new flame tamer grates immediately at no charge. They followed up by phone and email to be sure the grill was meeting my expectations and that the new grates were OK. In short, they treated me like valuable customer. I appreciate the excellent service, I love my grill and I would recommend both to a friend.
