Compact refrigerator had stop working. I was very upset. I wrote an e-mail that night decided that I would call in the morning to complain.
By 7:14 am I had an e-mail from shopperschoice telling me they were investigation the issue and would give me resolution in 2 business days. My surprise was that by 3:00 pm I had a voicemail letting me know that a replacement fridge was on my way and I would receive a prepaid FedEx to return my faulty fridge!!!!!
