"I ordered 3 pieces of Derek Jeter memorabilia for my man-cave. 1 came immediately and when the others didn't come I sent an email asking for status, within minutes Jane Tesoriero had responded and found the items. She kept me posted on shipping info, when the items were received she wanted to make sure I received the correct items and that I was happy with them. She even followed up with me to make sure I was enjoying them. Customer service is very important in every industry, Jane's attentiveness and obvious concern will be remembered and when I order anything again it will be from her. She really made me feel like I was her only customer. Very satisfied customer here!

"Gwendolyn rocks! She provided me with excellent customer service! My order was a 30th wedding anniversary gift and I ordered too late to get it in time. I was being a pain e-mailing her just about everyday to check and see where in the process my order was. She was never nasty and answered all my questions as quickly as possible and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. I was very pleased with her service."

"First let me say that Trenesa needs to be receiving a raise and/or promotion. I ordered my autograph via SportsMemorabilia.com through a third party site. Needless to say the item i received was not properly described or pictured on the third party site. Trenesa understood my frustration and was very diligent in making sure that SportsMemorabilia.com righted the wrong and got me what i thought i should be receiving at no extra charge. In fact, I had the item i was hoping for in 1 business day. GIVE TRENESA A RAISE !!!!! Great customer service is rare these days and she deserves to be recognized. SportsMemorabilia.com as a company could improve, and promoting her would go a long way improving in my mind!!!!"

"There was a mistake made with my original order so I had to call customer service for assistance. Enrique assisted me with my order and continually followed-up with me every step of the way, from my initial phone call to him to the point I received my framed, signed Pete Rose photograph. "I ordered a framed photograph for my father in law's 70th birthday. Trenesa provided the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. There was a small issue with the framing and it could have been dealt with in many different ways, but Trenesa was smart, fast, courteous and professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the end result. "I ordered an autographed picture on Dec. 13th and when it didn't arrive by Christmas I called customer service and they said it showed received at my local post office. I contacted the post office and they confirmed delivery of the picture to my home on Dec 20th but I didn't receive it. Turns out it was stolen from my mailbox (as were 2 other items from my neighbors within a 30 minute timeframe). I called customer service and they said they would research, file a police report and asked me to follow up in a couple weeks which I did. They offered to replace the picture but it was no longer available so they replaced it with a similar, but more expensive one at no extra charge. Enrique Valencia was the representative who was quick to respond to my inquiries and actually suggested alternative pictures that I might be interested in. I will continue to buy from SportsMemorabilia.com and recommend them to anyone who is interested in high quality products and service."

"This was my first time ordering from the SportsMemorabilia site and I was nervous just because I wanted to make sure everything with actually legit. I was really needing an awesome gift for someone and an autographed picture seemed like a great idea. On the website it told me that I would be receiving my gift within 7 – 10 business days so I made sure to order plenty of time in advance. It is now the 7th business day and I still have not received any confirmation that my item has been shipped. I have called them twice now because the first time I never received a confirmation email and just wanted to make sure it was going through. The second time was today( Day 7 )because I was told another email was going to go out when my idea was shipped. I just wanted to call and make sure it was actually shipped but I was told it hasn’t even been processed yet. So now my gift is not going to arrive on time and its upsetting. I was informed that its actually 7-10 days to process an order, not to be shipped to the customer. If you look on the website it actually says could take up to 5 days to process so not sure where the operator got that from. I now have to wait for the order to be shipped from Canada still and go through customs, then get to thier facility and then be shipped to me. Kinda bummed about the whole thing since they had really good reviews. Hopefully this is just a one time deal that they messed up on but I’m not sure if I would order from them again.

**** UPDATE ****
I first gave SportsMemorabilia a one star becuase I was very unhappy with how things went. They actually contacted me after receiving this review and told me they were able to over-night my product just in time for my aunts Birthday. She loved it and was very surprised. Just make sure to give yourself a few weeks to receive the product and everything will be fine. I would use them again.

"I ordered a signed 16X20 Jerry Rice and it came damaged. I sent pictures as requested, however, they are stalling and not sending a replacement even though there is one available online. They say they cannot get in touch with their warehouse to ship the replacement. I ordered it on Feb. 3, 2014 in plenty of time for my son's birthday but they now state that they are "too busy" with Valentine's Day orders to send his out. So absurd! I ordered and paid for an item to be here for his birthday but now they can't replace it because they are too busy?! THEY sent a damaged product and now I have to suffer?! They just lost a good bit of future business. Never again. Poor, pathetic service. Oh! And when I asked to speak to a supervisor they said one was not available and they didn't know if one would call me back.

UPDATE: Immediately after posting this review, Ingrid Padrin, the Lead Customer Service Specialist contacted me. She was kind and empathetic. She did not make excuses for Jonathan Rodriguez or the other person I had been dealing with for a week. She simply righted their wrong. My son received his birthday present in time and all is well. My little guy is quickly becoming a collector and I will give sportsmemorabilia.com another chance simply because of the service I received from Ingrid. Job well done in correcting a stressful situation.

"I was very impressed with the excellent customer service I received from Andrew.He was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. He followed up like he said he would - contacted the warehouse,tracked my package to determine where in the delivery process it went missing, called me with updates on both Christmas Eve and Boxing Day, had a replacement sent out etc. This was an international order and this morning Andrew called with a delivery update,letting me know the parcel had crossed the border and was in Canada. It was delivered to me this afternoon. I very much appreciate the work Andrew did during the Christmas - New Years holiday week to make sure I received this replacement item in a timely manner."
