"Ordered a picture as a Christmas gift. Ordered online and was told I would get a confirmation email in 48 hours. Ordered on a Friday and had to call the company twice the following Thursday before I got confirmation that the picture was being sent. Finally arrived on Monday. I did not open it until early Tuesday morning only to find out they sent the wrong picture. I ordered a hockey picture and received a NASCAR picture. I called on Tuesday morning and I was told I needed to take a picture of the wrong item and email it to them. I told them this was unacceptable. This was the 24th so I knew I would not receive the correct item by Christmas. I was told that the warehouse would be contacted and the correct order would be shipped overnight. I then received an email with the return label attached and was told that as soon as I shipped the wrong item they would ship the correct order. I was never told this. I called back to talk to a completely different person who told me that until the wrong order was shipped they would not ship the correct order. Of course no supervisor was available. I was told a supervisor would contact me "sometime" on the 26th. When asked what time I would hear from a supervisor I was not given an answer. Customer Service is a joke."
"I just received my order about 1 hour ago and I ordered on the 26th of November under the promise of a 14 business day delivery...Talk about cutting it fine...After numerous contact with their support team, Brigitte was awesome at chasing it up for sure, it is finally here and I am happy....even though I thought it would already be assembled in the display case and not be a DIY job? I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that it is Christmas and things are crazy...so will see with the next order how it does. Overall, I think my husband will be ecstatic with the gift. :o)"
"I have purchase a few items form SportsMemorabilia.com and would say when things go right, they go great and you'll be more than happy. That said, when things don't, watch out.
The order tracking on the website does not work. The order look up on your account is also broken. They also have a live chat system, but there is never anyone responding. An address? None. You can dial a call center which appears to be in India from the accents which is pretty insulting."
"Jonathan Rodriguez provided me with excellent customer service! I was very impressed with the way he handled my inquiry to my order. He did everything he said he would do, emailing me with tracking information, keeping me up to date on my order and making sure I received it in time for Christmas.He is a 5 star employee!! "Paid for a more expensive ball, they sent me the cheaper ball. I caught the mistake, called customer service, they said they would get back to me. The next day I had to call them again only to find out the ball I actually paid for was not in the warehouse. I asked to speak to a supervisor only to find out that the supervisor would have to call me back, that they work from home. I am so disappointed in my purchase, it is a Christmas present that is not what I wanted & I'm out $33.00 for the nicer ball which is MIA. I will NOT purchase anything from them again."
"Camilo at sportsmemorabilia.com had provided me with EXCELLENT customer service. As a company manager I deal with plenty of other businesses and I must say this was the best customer service I have ever received. I was extremely worried about my order being shipped on time due to storms and Trenessa from sports memorabilia had helped me tremendously with the updated tracking information and assured me that my order would be here on time and even sent me the updated tracking numbers to help me. She was extremely polite, bubbly, and wonderful to speak with. I had ordered a case for a autographed football, once it arrived I was having trouble assembling it and Camilo Yanez helped me out so much!! He looked at the pictures and calmly reassured me that we would fix the issue. I thought maybe they sent the wrong top but Camilo assured me it was definitely the right pieces. He helped me to assemble it over the phone and was extremely calm and courteous throughout the entire process. I must admit I was freaking out since this was a present for Christmas but Camilo helped me and was a pleasure throughout it all. "I write this review on behalf of Enrique Valencia. I recently ordered a product from Sportsmemorabilia.com. Within 24hours of purchasing my item, I received a call from Enrique stating that the product I had ordered had a crease on it. Obviously I was extremely disappointed, but Enrique went above and beyond and found me a comparable item. To make a long story short, I ended up wanting to change the size of the picture. Enrique made multiple calls to the warehouse and made sure I got what I wanted.
