I am writing this e-mail in hopes that it will get to Jonathan direct supervisor. I have been in contact with him since I received product from your company that was damaged by the Shipper. I was so impressed with Jonathan and the excellent way he handled the whole situation. I have owed a successful business for the past 30 years; so I can attest to the fact that your employees either make your business or destroy it.I was impressed with Jonathan's professional manner, in which he took care of this situation. He went above and beyond (5) star customer service. I will gladly continue to purchase products from your company, and recommend it to others I know. I can not think of anything he could have done differently under trying circumstances. Hats off to him and your service department.

"Well, I order this item and i received two tennis balls in a plastic bag with no Authintication numbers niether from Memorabilia not from JSA. I called them and Trenesa from customer service was helpful ( I thought) and she said that she will send me a new set of balls that are legit! however, I received a better packaged balls but one of them does not have the JSA number and it has a Memorabilia P/N number for a different player (this is suppose to be Pete Sampras ball). The Roger Federer ball has the right JSA and Memorabilia number, but after all that im not sure if i trust them!

they try to fool you to write a review on a webpage. I did and i regret that! i thought mistakes happen but to happen twice there is something fishy! it Sucks the whole experience sucks!

"Received the item damaged. They must not look at the products before they send them out since the item damaged was a framed signed picture. Called to get a replacement and given a very hard time. They needed pictures before we could do anything. I would not buy from this company in the future. Also the website stated free shipping but when I called they said there was no free shipping on framed items. "

"5 Stars just isn't enough…if I could I'd give them 20 Stars!! I have never written a review until now, but had to take the time to give them an EXCELLENT rating and testimonial. Words can not express how impressed I am with SportsMemorbilia.com, in particular employees Jane Tesoriero, Michelle Byrd and Joe Umphlett!! The three of them have redefined the meaning of GREAT Customer Service and have gone far above and beyond any other company I've EVER seen!

I've never witnessed a company so quick to rectify a product which was obviously damaged by UPS in transit.

All I can say after this experience...I'm a customer for life! We will be ordering again and again! It's so refreshing to see such emphasis on providing EXCELLENT customer service! The look on my son's face when he opened the replaced product was priceless and one I'll never forget. Thank you Joe, Michelle & Jane for helping to create this memory!

"I recently ordered a signed baseball bat and baseball case from Sports Memorabilia. It was my first transaction and was a rough start. The case never came. It was a birthday gift and I needed it by a specific date that didn't seem in the cards. After calling FOUR times and speaking to FOUR different people who gave me a run around, thank goodness I reached Marisa who not only made sure the case came on time but she also was polite and helpful to boot. She will be the reason I shop again at Sports memorabilia."

"Hello
I just wanted to take a few minutes to say thank you to Christine for turning my absolutely frustrating experience into a good one. On April 3rd I found the most amazing on your website - This item was sure to win me "WIFE OF THE YEAR". I immediately ordered the item and waited for its delivery. Several weeks went by and nothing, so I called and spoke to a customer service rep who assured me everything was ok and we should receive the item soon. One more week went by and on Monday of last week I get a very generic email that states the item did not pass the certification process and they would not ship it. Of course they offered replacements - but nothing could top this awesome find - My husbands birthday was Sunday and I had found a vintage photo of ROGER STAUBACH that reads - "To Kevin Best Wishes Rodger Staubach" - How cool is that - what are the chances right?? - anyway I called asap and told the lady I could care less about the certification just send the photo. Of course she couldn't and she referred me to Christine - who was also unable to get this photo - but she worked really hard until I was satisfied. She shipped a replacement item and even put together a nice birthday card explaining what I had originally had ordered to my husband. She went over and beyond. She is an asset to your company. Thanks for your help

"Absolutely terrible. I was lied to about a product. Strangely they had no trouble billing my credit card (for more than the amont agreed on). Days went by. I called them to ask about the order. They had screwed up the billing address. And the shipping address. And, by the way, what I had ordered had been lost. Or was never available. Or never existed. It depended on which "service" person I was speaking to. I didn't listen to others on this site. I should have. I'm begging you: Run. Run fast. To any other company. And don't look back. With regret I cannot give negative stars:"
