For some reason I expected it to arrive within a week but was growing concerned when I did not get an email - I contacted the customer care team via chat and Colby (no last name) was very courteous, responsive and worked it out, by upgrading my shipping, and requesting the item to ship asap, so that I could get my sons gift in time enough for his birthday! I realize that they could have said -- too bad but instead they went above and beyond just to satisfy a customer...who would have thunk it??
