"A-MA-ZING customer service!! I ordered an autographed photo of Michael Jordan guarding Magic Johnson for my son’s birthday. For some reason I expected it to arrive within a week but was growing concerned when I did not get an email - I contacted the customer care team via chat and Colby (no last name) was very courteous, responsive and worked it out, by upgrading my shipping, and requesting the item to ship asap, so that I could get my sons gift in time enough for his birthday! I realize that they could have said -- too bad but instead they went above and beyond just to satisfy a customer...who would have thunk it?? I wish more companies would work to satisfy their customers."

He told me up front that because of inventory he would not be able to get me my product as fast as I wanted it (I’m a total procrastinator and waited way too long to order) BUT in the end he made it happen and I was able to give my Dad his jersey for his birthday on time!
