"When I purchased my printer, I also purchased the extended warrantee , not knowing how important that would turn out to be. As it turned out my printer developed a non repairable problem determined by the manufacturer.
That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."
"There was a 5 day relay in starting tge process because I didn't have the official receipt from Costco. No one at Allstate followed up and 4 different representatives gave me 4 different answers. I finally tracked it down with Costco myself. Since the calls were taped I suggest you list to tge false information I received. The technician who did come to fix it did a fine job."
