Worst Experience Ever

"They sent me a link to schedule a repair that doesn’t work… 4 different times. I had to call to schedule and then they didn’t give me the right time. This is 3 weeks later to get my tv looked at and they come and is in a hurry and “fix” 2 TV’s. Allstate sent a Canadian board that had to be reprogrammed and took some time. When I express my concern that the prompts on the tv were not normal and I was missing some features he said I would have to sign in and see and left. Now they have to come back and try again and the tv is mounted and I have to take it down again. This is the top of the line tv that Costco sells and they have not been helpful. Sad state when Costco has no customer service. Allstate does not care about the customer! "
