"When I purchased my printer, I also purchased the extended warrantee , not knowing how important that would turn out to be. As it turned out my printer developed a non repairable problem determined by the manufacturer.
That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."

"Filing the claim was easy and the approval process was quick. I mailed out my FitBit and they kept me up to date on its status. It was repaired and returned. However, when I received it back, I experienced a completely different issue. The original issue was a disconnected watch face, the new problem was a battery that could not hold a charge for more than 10 hours. I did not have an issue with my battery holding a charge when I originally sent the FitBit. I reached out on the third day after the issue persisted for two days in a row. I had to call to speak with a claims agent. That experience was quick and the claim was approved while I was on the phone. This repair took longer than the first but I have been notified that my FitBit is repaired and expected to ship out today. I am hopeful that there are no further issues.
I am glad that I insured my item and that the claim process was easy, however having to mail my item out twice was very inconvenient, especially because it is something I wore every day and relied on."
