"When I purchased my printer, I also purchased the extended warrantee , not knowing how important that would turn out to be. As it turned out my printer developed a non repairable problem determined by the manufacturer.
That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."

"Protection plan was purchased when I bought the TV at Walmart. When the TV had big problems I called to put in a claim. The agent I talked to was excellent. I don't hear well and she had to repeat her words several times, but she was very patient with me nonetheless.
As it turned out this TV had a recall notice from Vizio for the problem I was experiencing so she connected me with Vizio, who refunded my entire purchase price.
So, ALLSTATE did not have to pay for this claim BUT......IF I DIDN'T HAVE THIS PROTECTION PLAN I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN ABOUT THE RECALL. $30 well spent."

This is 3 weeks later to get my tv looked at and they come and is in a hurry and “fix” 2 TV’s. Allstate sent a Canadian board that had to be reprogrammed and took some time. When I express my concern that the prompts on the tv were not normal and I was missing some features he said I would have to sign in and see and left. Now they have to come back and try again and the tv is mounted and I have to take it down again. This is the top of the line tv that Costco sells and they have not been helpful. Sad state when Costco has no customer service. Allstate does not care about the customer! "
