The support rep responded by the next day! Ordering was easy. Items arrived in timely fashion. $6.95 shipping was a sweet deal. Everything is compatible and working flawlessly! "No problem whatsoever with purchace or shipping. 3 items had to be returned, which were exchanged and sent back, but still do not work. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a tech support person. When you spend over 1,000 dollars with a company, you should be able to speak with a person (not via e-mail) with technical knowledge. I will never purchase from this comany again and if I don't get the merchadise replaced or credited, I am going to report them to the better business bureau.

i had ordered online on 10/21/02 a video card. I got this email confirmation 2002102121365746. after 36 hours not receiving a fex tracking # i called them on 10/23/02 (because all my orders i have ever placed online with different resellers in the last 7 years have always been shipped wintin 24 hours) i was told by a customer service person that this item was out of stock.
My gripe with reseller is..
1. keep your online shop UPdated (this item still shows like it's in stock)
2. so the customer does not have run after it without beeing notified *out of stock*
3. the customer does not have to bother to enter their personal private info like address & credit card info.
For that reason i will never buy or look at www.tcwo.com again.
Bad business!

"Purchased an XP2200+ with a warrenty from them for slightly above the going price on the market at the time. I recently had the XP2200+ burn out on me for no reason. I called up TCWO and had an actual human on the phone in less than a minute. He gave me an RMA number over the phone with no hassle and promised me a 3 day total turn around time from the time I sent in the processor to the time I get the replacement. I didnt believe that at all but I needed the RMA so there really wasnt anything I could do. I had called to place the RMA on friday at 5. Monday I sent the processor by FEDex trackable. Tuesday I get an e-mail at 11am saying my processor from TCWO had shipped to me by FedEx 2 day shipping, I know they hadnt gotten my Processor in yet and they were shipping me a new one at no cost to me before they got mine. I called to ask for details and got another rep in less than a minute on the phone. This is service at its best, I know where my next orders are going to be placed, With TCWO!!"
"Purchased an Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.53 GHz retail box on 10/9. On 10/10, received only order confirmation - no tracking number. BUT, received my order on 10/14. Will gladly do without tracking info in exchange for delivery that is this quick! (from FL to CA) Very satisfied."
"I have been purchasing from this company for about 6 months. All of a sudden they tell me I cannot buy from them because all I buy is cpu's ... $31,000 a year to approximate. They said I have to buy more than cpu's and they are just a loss leader. I would not recommend them to anyone there business practices are unethical and they no longer have a tech support phone line as of last week. I find there prices on everything else they carry very high. I needed to raplace a bad cpu and it was on the last day of the warranty they had no way of contacting the tech support but via email. They gave me a rma number at 5:45 and I had to get there before 7:00 to replace. Very bad customer service. I now buy from googlegear and have had no problems."
