"I sold my old phone, and the service was very efficient, and quick. I registered my phone and agreed to use the service. A shipping label was e-mailed to be within an hour. I used my own box and simply taped the shipping label. They day after I saw the package arrived, I received another e-mail. The only downside was that they offered me much less than I originally thought ($30 vs $80), but I also understand that the phone was in worse condition than originally thought. The e-mail explained why the drop in offering. I accepted the new price and the next day I had another e-mail with the link to the money. I chose to have the money deposited through my debit card, and it was immediately deposited. Overall, I would use the service again. "Actual valuation of your device is always lower than the online estimate. I took multiple photos of my phone noting condition, read all their information on how to determine condition, and lowered it one level, just to be safe. After receiving it, thewizsells gave it an even lower rating and lower value. Reasoning was pretty arbitrary about scratches. I requested my phone be returned, and to date have not got a confirmation that they will actually do this. Beware of using this company, you will be disappointed, and possibly not get your device back."

Unfortunately, the more drilled down we get into condition on our website the more difficult it becomes. Every buyback site judges the merits of the phone. The site is to give a good idea for the majority of the phones out there. We still offered a better price than the other company. We did pay for the shipping both ways.
