I took multiple photos of my phone noting condition, read all their information on how to determine condition, and lowered it one level, just to be safe. After receiving it, thewizsells gave it an even lower rating and lower value. Reasoning was pretty arbitrary about scratches. I requested my phone be returned, and to date have not got a confirmation that they will actually do this. Beware of using this company, you will be disappointed, and possibly not get your device back."
