"I abhor being deceived by "bait and switch" offers. When first connecting to VitaCost there was an offer for a 20% discount, with no visible information on it only being applicable for new accounts. When the discount wasn't applied to my cart, I called Customer Service who explained it was only applicable for new accounts. I escalated to a manager requesting that the order receive a 20% discount as offered, that I was a repeat customer who had placed substantial orders over the past two years, and that they were risking losing me as a customer. The manager offered no discount, and VitaCost has lost me as a customer. Doing comparison shopping I've found most of what I bought from VitaCost available at Costco at a lower or competitive price."

"I recently started purchasing at Vitacost. I had a few dent cans in the first order, but dismissed it. This time I had about seven or eight dented cans. I do not use food that has dented cans in it. Although I love the products, I am giving second thoughts to purchasing again. I will make the decision the next time I need to order and maybe I will or maybe I won’t. It’s better to be honest, I am not comfortable when Food sits in a can that has been heavily dented. "
