Never had to take a pic before!

"I told the customer Service rep about my delivery and how the bottles of shower cleaner and window cleaner were just put in a plastic bag and the tops came off, the liquid came out and went inside and outside the box as it was wet! She told me to take a pic of the box. Why do I want a soaking wet box in my house? Of course I DON'T! She was issuing me a replacement.

Whgat is sooo wrong with your shippin/packing dept.? These things should be wrapped to prevent these things from happening.

Carefully/thoughtfully packaged to protect all items in box.

"Though I have ordered Organic Coffee and Tea over the years from Vitacost, I had no idea of the wide selection of Organic food products available. More important, the prices are as good as Walmart (Organic) and in many cases were much less than Walmart (Organic) prices.
A+ in every way!

Aggravating

"The Vitacost website often gives a percentage off offer, but it never applies to my items, until AFTER I order, them I receive a 20% sitewide offer after the fact. It might be a way to get people to order another product, but its also offing to people who are loyal customers and can't ever get a break from Vitacost."
