"Unfortunately, whoever is packaging the box, only secured some items…
so needless to say, 1 of my flour packages split on the side….
Which then had flour on everything and only got about 3/4 of the bag that maybe useable….
Plus the bag of pasta I had ordered was jammed in - and it too split and spilled everywhere….
It’s a shame, as this wasn’t how they used to package customers boxes…
When I first became a reliable customer of theirs - 7 years now.
I do understand, it all comes when some employees slack off or in a rush;
But it’s just a shame, as the money I/ we have to pay for Gluten Free products- to be only half of what you order.
