Vitacost carries some products that cannot be found elsewhere besides the e-commerce giant with a smiley logo who charges sometimes double prices on your essentials, so if you are looking to break up with them, Vitacost is the place to shop. If you are looking for clean ingredients, organic foods, no sugar added foods, glass containers and the like, Vitacost is your place. However, if you are looking for only some or none of that, Vitacost is your place, too. I love the brand sales that can be combined with a sitewide coupon. It does take a bit of time to figure out the best times to shop for the products you want so that you can take advantage of brand coupons plus a sitewide discount, but once you do, you are in for great savings. "I logged into the Vitacost website and a popup promised me a 20% coupon code to sign up for text messaging. The code was accepted when I placed the order, and I received the usual order confirmation email.
After a week, the order mysteriously vanished from my account. It was EXCRUCIATINGLY DIFFICULT TO GET THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE (web chat was broken, 1 hour phone queues). Supposedly, the code was only meant for new customers and was offered to me by mistake. A Vitacost employee had cancelled my order behind my back without a single email informing me of the decision. Just left me waiting!"
