Great website, great products, hate the coupons

"You have a great website and great prices, I just don’t like having to go find a coupon. If you gave me a price break for ordering over $100 worth of merchandise that would be fine. I just don’t like having to go find a coupon. Everything else is wonderful. You have a great website, great products, and free shipping. The shipping is also very dependable and the products arrive on time in good condition. We’ve never had anything broken."

My order has not even arrived yet.

"The shipper says they cannot give a date until the package is moving (!!!).
This begs the question, isn’t the shipper in charge of movement?

So. If it is wonderfully easy to place an order with Vitacost, and wonderful to think that there are so many quality choices from Vitacost, and so easy to pay for the wonderful products from Vitacost but I do not RECEIVE the products from Vitacost…. I cannot be very cheery with Vitacost.

"Had placed order thinking 20% discount offered was computed in. Had requested it. Realized after placed order that discount had not been given. Called Vitacost about this & was told that would send this information through. Have not heard from Vitacost. Have not had discount problems with past orders. "

Leak

"Received the box of 3 items, 2 which were liquid. Thankfully they were placed in plastic bags as the The Zum laundry soap cap was not secure and the soap was in the bag and some leaking out into the box. The box smelled wonderful! The Meyers soap container lid was taped and therefore did not come loose in transit. Maybe make that type of extra security standard with all liquid containers. I just took the soap in the bag and added back to the plastic jug of soap. Otherwise, satisfied!"
