"Received a delivery October 26th. A box was damaged and leaking an oily mess all over my porch, floor and I’m sure the OnTrac delivery truck. Turned out to be a bottle of dressing that was smashed and everything in the box was covered in balsamic vinaigrette. Four flexible packages of seasoning were soaked through. Even though I had to wash everything off, I only asked for a refund on those four packages and the dressing since they weren’t useable. I’m still waiting for a response from Customer Service."

"I placed my order, then had to call to check on it. I was told my account needed to be verified, despite ordering from Vitacost multiple times before. I finally got the email they kept telling me was coming, and replied to it. According to the person I spoke to, this would verify everything, but I had to wait an hour and replace my order myself. So I did all of that, and the order was cancelled again for the SAME reason. I called again and was told they would reach out to another department and get back to me within 48 hours. I never heard back. Vitacost has lost a customer."
