"I ordered on Sept. 6. Your site shows that I have no orders. I chatted with Henry (who did great work!). He said he found my order and fixed the record. It still doesn't show. Tracking shows that an order that Vicacost got on Friday was not given to FedEx until Monday.
Because my order still does not show on your site, I have to go to the information that Henry gave me to track the order.
I expect that my change of address flummoxed the Vitacost site. I moved to Mexico. I have paid for international shipping. Please fix your site."
