"Everything went well as far as ordering, but when I checked a couple days later, I couldn't find my order. 'Track my order' seems it's only for when your package is mailed. Not for when it's being filled. That concerned me why they didn't show that the order was still being worked on."

"I appreciate so many things about ordering from Vitacost, such as wide variety of the type of items I use, speedy delivery, fair prices, etc. The one thing that is frustrating is that when I go to check out, I am sometimes given a message that some items I am not allowed to order in the quantity I have ordered. And it seems it’s never the same…sometimes I can order the particular items, sometimes not. And no matter what quantity I change it to, it doesn’t work. I have to remove the item(s) from my cart in order to proceed with the checkout. I don’t understand why this happens. "
